Rotate tires and check remote starter

As always, the people were courteous and efficient. The remote started has never worked and the Ford Fusion was purchased new. They immediately looked for the problem and found a probable cause, but had to order a part. They will notify me when the part arrives. Thank you.

The staff was very helpful. I had gotten a small scratch and dent on the left front fender of my 2014 Ford Edge and within a couple of minutes, they were working to get the scratch out. They were so quick because they knew I had initially come in for an oil change. It looked so much better. Very good service!

Great service

Just stop in to look. Was in Columbia to purchase a uses truck vehicle. Our salesman never pressure and all of our questions was answer. This is the first time we purchased a new vehicle without thinking about it for few days. It was the truck we wanted, the right price and they gave us what we wanted for our vehicle. Since March we had been looking for a truck now we have it, thanks to all of Don Franklin Ford staff. Thanks!

Service visit

Very short time for oil change and make sure my 2014 Escape is ready for Winter! Thanks Love my vehicle. I am spoiled and am beginning to utilize my remote start more often.

My buying experience at Don Franklin ford

2015 ford Taurus, I went to the dealership on Wednesday 8-27-14, I was not well though I have gotton my self sick with my mental illness and I regret buying the vehicle but I think I was not operating at full mental capacity to buy such an expensive vehicle. I honestly think what I did was a silent cry for help, I have been under a lot of stress where I live at Galilee ,especially with this guy on the second floor of my building. I'm not making excuses for my self I'm just trying to get help with the situation I'm in, The vehicle I bought is very nice I have never had a vehicle so equipped with technology, it drives so nice, but I honestly cannot afford it.

2008 f150

I purchased a 2008 f150. I love the truck. Ihad to go to Colombia my to get it. I drove to London ky. From there, they put me in an escalade with gas..I drove to Colombia and picked up my truck.
