I have purchased 14 vehicles from Trice Hughes over the past 30 years and I have always gotten excellent service and have felt I was treated fairly each time. I was just passing through a week ago when I saw the 2012 Enclave I purchased. It was late morning on Saturday and I knew they normally closed at noon but Brent Ladd and Anna Stallins went the extra mile in assisting me and worked through the details as I now live in Knoxville and that complicated things a bit. Even so, they stayed a little late and we worked through it and made it a pleasant and brief experience (not an all day one like some dealerships). I highly recommend Trice Hughes and Brent was excellent to deal with, very courteous and not high pressure.

I started with the internet and an online salesman. He promptly contacted me and was extremely helpful even when he had to be out of town. He had everything prepared for me when I arrived at the dealership. I appreciate the concern and helpfulness of the other salesmen and business manager and office manager.
