We purchased a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan from Trice Hughes and I was incredibly satisfied with the entire transaction. I originally found the vehicle online and contacted the dealership through the website with some questions. Brian responded to my initial email within a few hours. I had some additional questions and requests that Brian quickly responded to a couple days later. We are a couple hours away, so his quick responses were very helpful in determining whether we wanted to pursue this vehicle. About a week after initially contacting Trice Hughes, I set up an appointment to test drive the van. Brian had it set and ready when we arrived. He was open and not pushy. He gave us space to test the van and we felt comfortable with it. We negotiated a fair price and they handled all the paperwork and licensing for us.
