Brought my 2014 E-350 in for a rear tail light out.

Brought my 2014 E-350 in for a rear tail light out. Purchased my car from them too. After having the car all day I was advised it "could" be either the light or a control module. The former being $600, the latter $850. After some research I decided to purchase a OEM rear tail light assembly for $250. I installed it in 30 mins and it worked perfectly. Still have not after 2 months heard from Mercedes who said they would order the parts. Best advice if you own a Mercedes? The dealership should be the last place to take your car if possible.

MULTIPLE problems !!!! RUN !!!

BOTCHED paperwork...refused to fix. Took 3 months for title and it was sent to me not to my bank because they assumed cashiers check from my bank was cash that I just had laying in my account...no lienholder on title !! Even though Finance guy knew I was financing through my bank and tried to get me to go through one of their lenders...Cost me more to add lienholder at BMV...BEWARE

Certified Preowned Ripoff

Sold a Certified Preowned 2017 Mercedes GLS550 with damaged tailgate, with two center bent wheels, with broken passenger front seat and the list goes on with repairs that are not covered by the Certified Preowned Warranty, but should have been addressed during the certification process. Total out of pocket expenses exceed $5,000 and of course they refuse to take care of the repairs they left behind, but threatening to don't release title if I don't pay them the remaining downpayment they forgot to collect. If you don’t want to get scammed, take your money to a honest and transparent dealer who voluntarily going to give you the certification inspection paperwork.

Great Time in Fort Wayne

My wife and I drove form Michigan because they had the car we really wanted...Cassie and Chris took care of our needs and made it a pleasant. It was easy and quick, just the way I like doing business. They even took care of my Michigan registration. If you looking for a Mercedes...Fort Wayne should be your first stop.

Cassie at Ft Wayne Mercedes was a great help!

Cassie did a great job helping with us being from Indy and needing to make sure the truck was what we wanted before making the drive up. The only disappointment was they did not fill up the vehicle and the detailing was fair.

Worst customer service ever

After prepayment for a key when I made the over 1 hour drive was told the title and dealer sales forms and the fact that I drove the car there does not mean I own the car and I could not have my property in which I payed for and own, also they will not refund the money, per Scott.

Highly Recommend

Had a wonderful buying experience with this dealership. I was fresh out of college with little credit history, Mercedes Benz did everything in their power to help me. Thanks to their commitment, I was able to purchase my first car without a co-signer. The business manager, Nadeem Baig was wonderful! Since this was my first purchasing experience, he explained every process and focused on what was best for me and my financial situation. Not only did their business department go above and beyond, but their sales consultant, Milton Bouger was amazing!!! He was able to work with my schedule and explained every detail the car had to offer. Even 4 months after my purchase, Milton still contacts me to check up on me and the car. Wonderful business with wonderful staff. I would highly recommend!!

He waited

I was looking for an suv and he helped me with this dodge journey 2013. I wanted and needed this vehicle. This man was very nice and patient with me. He held the vehicle for almost a week waiting for the bank to get back with me. Most salespeople would have made you put a down payment or sold it if you didn't come back but he didn't. He waited and even when the bank said they couldn't do it, he was still very nice and helpful. I would have him help you if you ever go to mercedes benz of Fort Wayne! He is the nicest salesman I have come across! He keeps his word! That means a lot! Thank you Qasim!
