We have been interested in a few cars on Tim Shorts car lots in Corbin and Middlesboro, Ky. We feel ignored and just treated ever how they want to treat you for what's going on for them that day. I do not recommend these people. It's almost love they don't know how to handle their success and have gotten to big for their pant. Not going there anymore.....

I e-mailed a question to them. Someone answered it promptly. Turns out the vehicle was not what I was looking for and that was the end of it.

Pathetic
This is my experience with Tim Short. I contacted the dealership early Saturday morning about a 2015 Ram Express. Talking to an online salesperson, we agreed on a deal, and I explained to him that I lived approximately three hours drive from the dealership and I was on my way. He reassured me the vehicle would be cleaned and ready for my arrival. I sent him text messages during the long travel there discussing details about the vehicle. Finally, we arrived and found the salesman that I had spoken to. I immediately notice the vehicle was not there waiting as promised. The salesman acted like he couldn't find it so my wife and I walked inside the dealership and waited soon another salesperson walked over and said here is the deal that truck you wanted has sold. I immediately went to the front desk and ask to speak with the store manager which never happen because he wouldn't come out and talk to me. I finally walked outside and spoke to another salesperson that explained it was a mistake just a miscommunication and promised they would make me a great deal on another truck which never happen. Later sometime the manager finally showed up and explained to me that I would not have been happy with that truck I wanted because it had an airbag deployment and was a shady truck anyway, wonder if there told the person who bought it that? Needless to say I will never consider ever buying a vehicle from any of the Tim Short dealerships.

Casey, unfortunately we cannot hold vehicles for anyone without a deposit. The reason for this is we don't know if the person is going to buy or can buy the vehicle is question. I apologize on behalf of my team but this is something that happens from time to time. it's unfortunate but we still operate on a first come first serve basis. I wish we had a better system but as many people that back out and change there minds at the last minute, this seems to be the one that works best. Chris Agee
Terrible
Terrible Customer service. Saw car online, called dealership, agreed on price and intent to purchase, left on a 3 hour drive to get the car.....Car sold while in route to dealership. Even called dealership about an hour into trip to confirm address and an hour later they called back to say car was sold. Bad Business especially in an online shopping world of today.

No help
Had a car for sale on cars.com and there website. I sent them several requests for info and no answer. I finally called Amd they told me there was a service issue with the car and they would call me back. I waited 3 days Amd now phone call and I even had previously told them that I was interested in other cars but they didn't even try to sell anything else so I emailed them again Amd they told me that the car could not be sold and that it was not sellable Amd had a service issue.

WOW Tim short dodge you impressed me
The Price Slasher Chris Agee and MR. Nice guy Jonathan mills worked my deal and they were honest and really cheap! I would reccomend you ask for these two and you will not be disappointed. Ask them any question you want and they'll be honest and transparent. I never felt like they were with holding information or anything. i had shopped other dealerships and this one was the best by far. Thank you all!

i have bought 2 vehicles from this place now and i absolutely love the way they do business. The way they price there cars takes all the guess work out of it for you. I have tried to find better deals and i have NOT succeeded yet. Thank you all for being fair and honest.

I am impressed Tim Short Middlesboro
I bought my jeep from jonathan mills (Mr.NiceGuy) @ Tim short middlesboro and i was thouroughly impressed with this bunch. I found the jeep and just wanted to drive it, to see if i liked it and was asked, "what if i could make you the deal of a lifetime" so i endulged them and they did have an awesome deal but i said No not today, maybe this week sometime. Then the Manager Chris Agee (The PriceSlasher) came out. Boy did he live up to his name! They made me feel like that it was a big deal to get my business. So i let them have it because they earned it. Thank you fellas, i really appreciate it and I LOVE my JEEP. ask for Mr. Nice Guy or the Priceslasher and you will NOT be disappointed.

I love Tim Short Middlesboro
I am skeptical of all car salesman and dealerships, but this middlesboro ky bunch blew me away, they were super transpartent with the whole process. I bought a new Jeep and was greeted immediately by a sales man, Mr. Niceguy Jonathan mills and then the sales manager Chris Agee The Price Smasher! he told me he would work my whole deal and work the banks for me and even fight with them if he had too. Jonathan was great and found out exactly what i needed and Chris lived up to his word too. I was in and out in 90 minutes with my new jeep patriot. For the first time i felt like I bought on my terms, No PRESSURE or tricks at all. Thank you all so much and i will definitely be back again, you all truly earned my business! Thanks again Janie S
