I searched for my ATS up to 2000 miles from home. Tim Short Dodge had one of the best prices available. They did not have any hidden requirements to get the best price- I didn't have to finance thru them, they had the car they advertised and didn't try to high pressure sell me. I emailed the dealership and Eric replied quickly. We did a little negotiating using email and texts. He even replied to my emails and texts outside of their business hours. Eric sent all the paperwork my credit union needed, took care of the paperwork my insurance required. He sent me many extra pictures and some videos and offered to take the car to another dealership for a pre-sale inspection (of course I had to pay the other dealership for the inspection, but that is to be expected). He gave me information to have the vehicle shipped, but ultimately I decided to fly down and drive the car home. When I told him I wanted to fly down and drive home, he offered have me picked up at the airport. The airport is 1 1/2 hrs from the dealership, he didn't charge anything extra for this service! Jason came to pick me up and later I found out it was actually his day off. He came in just to pick me up from the airport! I got to the dealership and they brought my car out front for me to check it over, it was detailed and looked great! I went in to complete the paperwork and was done in less than 15min! Eric had pre printed all the paperwork and made everything so quick and simple. I was back on the road headed home very quickly! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, they are the best dealership ever!

I only chose this dealer by online reviews, once I contacted a sales man Jason he seemed very unclear about his job, and kept saying my manager says yet no management to speak with. Eric in financial side was just as unpleasant to deal with.

I recently purchased a preowned car here and could not have received a better buying experience. I saw the car online and made a few inquiries to which they responded professionally and timely. I decided to move forward with the purchase and dealt with Eric Lauer. Because I live in SC and had a few concerns regarding the car he assured me the car was great. And it was. We got into some traffic problems on the drive up and didn't get there until exactly closing time for them. They assured me it was ok. I then met Jonathan Mills and he was awesome as well. They had the car ready, filled up the tank and docs ready to sign. They didn't rush at all but I was in and out within a half hour!! I'd also like to recommend the finance dept.
