very comfortable surroundings, felt like shopping

Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to find me the perfect car. Starting with Mike, who showed me several cars and then especially Scott Mills for making this easy and Jeff Edwards for making the paperwork do-able.

the two at the service desk are friendly let you know any issues they found with your vehicle and what they recommend Service on your vehicle is fairly fast

Great Service and excellent follow up.

Friendly. Also Sales guy followed up the next day. So I had a SB taken care of and the check engine light was on when I tried to leave that evening.Left it another night and they got right on it. Even though I was suprised to find that the batteries were bad, you reacted quickly to overcome that.

Great friendly service

I prefer Justin Kraft do the service on our car and Quality will work with us. Service writer to service tech, everything goes as planned.

Excellent service at Quality Motors

Mike Scarborough was able to order the car that we wanted and the price we agreed on was the price we paid. All of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. This is the second new vehicle we have purchased from Quality Motors. I also appreciated the two years of service that came with purchase of our new car.

On 1/14 I made an appointment for 8AM 1/18. They said the...

On 1/14 I made an appointment for 8AM 1/18. They said the Ford computer system was down. At 2:45 they say it was still down. I find this hard to believe. I called and was told the service Dept would return my call. One hour later I called and they said come in Mon PM. I said I would be in at 8AM. I am not a happy person. Everyone says since I didn't buy it there they don't really care. 2011 Ford Edge. They wouldn"t even give me the number for Ford. I purchased other vehicles there so I have been a customer in the past. This is not a good way for me to be a customer in the future.

I have purchased 4 cars from Quality Motors and Quality...

I have purchased 4 cars from Quality Motors and Quality Toyota over the past several years. I wouldn't even consider an "out of town" dealer. Price is good and service and workmanship are excellent. I usually have a good idea as to what a car is worth prior to arriving at the dealership. They are always very competitive of better than other dealerships.
