Crossroads Ford of Prince George VA

The Quick Lane facility was impressive and the staff was very friendly and professional. The oil change, tire rotation and state inspection was done within an hour. I appreciated the quickness but most of all the thoroughness of the service desk and the technicians. Thank you for a great experience!

Buyer Beware.

Buyer Beware!!!! Once CrossRoads has your money they do not admitt or fix issues they cause .. Whil the Manger seems friendly until he has your money .. I purchased a New Ford Expedtion platinum 2021. The dealership used a new car cleaning company that catch my paint all over and put scratches in the windshield ..They offered to wax the car ..being new they should have never scratch the car at all . It was off the showroom floor The scratches were noticeable again as the wax came off after washing. The service manager and GM ..Whil would not admitt to the scratch in windshield and would not offer to correct the problem.. next they offered to put new Michilen tires on the car in place of the Handcook tires that were new. After much arguing they finally allowed a woping $250 allowance diffence..They said they were not in tire business! Amazing since this was something they were suppose to take care off at closing . If you want a Ford I would not purchase from the management of Crossroads Ford or Crossroads dealership in Prince George VA. Sincerely R. Johnson

Transaction was smooth as silk??again. My favorite sales person has retired but his replacement and the finance dude were awesome.
