I will start by saying they only got a 1 star because it

I will start by saying they only got a 1 star because it made me give at least a 1 otherwise it would have been a zero!!! My husband talked me into trying a local business instead of taking my Lincoln Navigator to the Lincoln dealership in Wichita where I also take it. We called Kline and told them after driving at least an hour the blower on the AC stops working and the cab of the vehicle heats up to hotter than outside on a 85-90 degree day. They accepted the apt and we took it in, they called me the first day and said they drove it to AC Hospital which is 6 miles away and it worked fine. I repeated myself and said, you have to drive it for an hour for it to kick down, and even if you get a phone call it will kick it down. They said ok, I will relay this to the tech do you mind If we drive the car home tonight we live a little ways away and maybe we will catch it do something, I said thats fine. She lived in Wellington, still not an hour and Shane, definately not an hour away. The next day I get a call saying they drove it 30 mins and the ac works fine. The only thing they found was that the auto button was on and that it could cause the cab to heat up.....really? I go to pick it up with my mom to drive it to her house. I pay and almost $150 bill for nothing, they didn't even hook it up to diagnostic and I tell them I am going to leave a poor review because they accepted my apt and then did nothing but take my money. I walked out. Then a guy, saying he was the owner comes out holding a copy of my bill being smug saying there was nothing wrong with my AC, basically calling me a liar. Telling me that with my AC on max ac that my cab should be hotter inside my cab than it is outside on a 90 degree day and that he's the FORD MECHANIC and IM NOT. IT DOESN'T TAKE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO KNOW THAT DOESN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE!!!! He made it clear to me and I mean very clear that I was a woman and didn't know crap about vehicles, but was he didn't know was that my dad was a mechanic and taught me alot!!! I know the blower motor is going out and that they will intermittantly work!!! If his mechanic would have driven it long enough he would have found that out. He also made it very clear to me that if I wanted to leave my vehicle with him and pay his "boys" FOR ANOTHER HOUR OR TWO HE WOULD LET THEM DRIVE IT AGAIN....I CHOSE TO TAKE IT THE LINCOLN DEALERSHIP WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY DOING!!!! IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE AND YOUR MONEY KEEP DRIVING BY THIS PLACE!!!!

The process was very smooth.

The process was very smooth. When I arrived at the dealership, my vehicle was ready. I took a test drive, and by the time I came back, the purchase contract was ready to be signed. It was a very good experience!

I had a great experience with Kline Motors. I was happy with the amount of my trade as well as the incentives that were given by Ford motor. I had shopped several other dealerships for this transaction and was blown away by how much better I was treated at Klines.

Very easy to work with.

We were looking for a Ford Flex and found one on the website. Drove down to look at it and made the decision to buy. The dealership was very easy to make a deal with, and did not try to pressure us into buying extras we did not need.

The staff was very helpful. We needed to have a couple of things added to the van and they were able to get them installed in a timely manner.
