    We were in the market for purchase of a small SUV or crossover and considered the usual group: Toyota RAV4, Honda CRV, Subaru Forester/Outback and Mazda... CX5. We had visited some other dealers weeks earlier and had test-driven the other models. On a Saturday, we decided to go to Berglund Mazda just to look at a CX-5 but not necessarily to test-drive one. However, thanks to Sam Simpson, our sales associate, we ended up purchasing a CX-5 the same day. He was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle (which, in our experience with other sales associates in other dealerships of different makes, is not always the case) and he let us test-drive the vehicle twice so that we could get a better idea and evaluation of the vehicle. Sam is an excellent sales associate whom I would recommend; he is sincere and never once did we sense any high-pressure sales pitch. When it came to delivery day, Sam made sure the vehicle was ready; he even sent us a calendar with a photo of the new car. He introduced us to the friendly folks in the service department and we got to see the service bay (which appeared clean and orderly-first impressions are still important). There was a small issue with the vehicle’s mudflap and he made sure that it was repaired. I cannot rate the quality of repairs at this time since the vehicle is not yet due for maintenance and has not needed repairs. As for the facility itself, it’s a little dated in appearance, especially when we had to go next door to the newly renovated and fancy Ford dealership to finalize the paper work; however, it was clean and presentable. As for the buying process itself, paperwork is paperwork and I don’t think there is a way to shorten that. Finally, if we were to decide to purchase another Mazda (or a Ford), we would ask for Sam again!

    Im looking to spend 40,000 toward a car and want to test drive a few since now the Mustangs have so many options. Don't want to be stuck at the desk... for hours talking payments until i have decided which car is for me. This particular Salesperson was not pushy, volunteered to come in on his day off to be there to help me decide and said i could drive as many as i wanted...He will be my Salesmen for sure!!

    The service was good. If they would have been doing no payment for 90 days would have been super. I love the car it drives and rides smooth.

    I went to Berglund Mazda to receive a complimentary check on my car, Specifically to see if it was safe to drive a long distance, being that I've never... driven it longer than 1 hour straight. Prior to me getting the check, I got gas. While getting gas, I was looking at my tires to make sure everything was all set. All of my tires had a good tread on them. After the check, the inspector told me the issue with my car on the lift. He brought it down and I noticed my right rear tire was BALD. Mind you, I just checked the tread on them before receiving the check. I told them my tire wasn't bald before I took it there, but refrained from making any accusations. Once I got home I looked further at my tires and noticed the Right Rear tire was a different brand than the other 3. I recently got my tires changed back in November. I called the tire shop where I got them changed and asked if they used the same brand on the tires with the size of my tires and they stated yes they usually use Sailun which is the brand of all of my tires EXCEPT the Right Rear. I asked the tire shop if they used Douglas tires and they stated they do not, that tire is owned by Walmart and they don't get any of those in. I've never gotten my tires changed at Walmart. Again, I'm not trying to make any accusations. Johnny Mason was really nice but, this is an odd coincidence and I believe that I did not leave with the same tire I came in with.

    Quick and easy as ever. Friendly staff. Easy scheduling. I go there for my non Mazda needs as well. Reliable. No usual gimmicks that you encounter at other... dealerships.

    My experience was awesome. Melissa with service handled my warranty repair excellently and with great communication. Water pump replacement was completed... swiftly. I am fully satisfied with everything start to finish!
