I live Rameys. I’ve been either Rameys for years, and years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was in a deal with this dealer, been back and forth for

I was in a deal with this dealer, been back and forth for almost 3 weeks to get everything done to pick up the vehicle since I'm far away. The sales guy promised when the bank check arrived at the dealer and they can verify the fund which they did all that then I can take the car. My flights were booked and checked in, my rental car to get there was the same. Now the finance guy called and said I will have to wait for the check to be cleared one day before my flight. Now I have to cancel everything and pay the cost and the best part is I haven't even signed the contract how dare they cash the bank's check without my signature on the purchase agreement, what an unorganized and shady dealer, complete waste of time! Please don't do business with them if you want to have hassle-free experience.

I bought a beautiful 2025 Ford Bronco in the perfect

I bought a beautiful 2025 Ford Bronco in the perfect color. Larry Clark is a really nice person. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. He bent over backwards to make sure everything was just right on my new vehicle.

Dealership advertised vehicle at 37k.

Dealership advertised vehicle at 37k. During the paperwork finalization(self financed), it was found that the vehicle was actually at 46k. I did decide to continue with the deal. But the dealership at this point has still refused to correct the odometer statement. This has caused me to lose my extended warranty, and 1k in repairs which should have been done before the vehicle left the dealer, that was not discovered until it was dropped off to me and then my a local repair facility found the repairs needed. A 2019 Raptor with 46k miles should have never left the dealership with 2mm on the rea brake linings and a leaking pinion seal. Have reached out numerous times, with zero response from the dealer. So I what I thought was just a clerical error, now seems to be much worse. Something like this, seems to be odometer fruad. No not use this dealership!!!

This dealership felt chaotic from the moment I arrived.

This dealership felt chaotic from the moment I arrived. The parking lot was a confusing mess, with cars haphazardly parked everywhere, making navigation frustrating. Inside, the service department seemed overwhelmed—staff looked stressed, and the desks were cluttered. The overall experience was disorganized and uninviting. Definitely not the level of professionalism I expected.

Absolutely a great experience at Ramey Ford in Princeton, West Virginia. I purchased a 2022 F150 xlt and I'm going to brag on my salesman Larry Clark! This guy is freaking top notch! By far the best salesperson before, during, and after the sale I've ever dealt with! If your looking for a car or truck, do yourself a big favor and give Larry a call!
