At first dealer was open to hear my issue then after hearing he just said he was sorry and had trust in his service dept. I haven’t had a car since June 11th and no fee from dealership to help with anything.

Russell was great! Messaged him on Thursday that week and told him what I was looking for and he had it ready to test drive Saturday morning when I got there.

I would not recommend getting service.done at Rameys.. worst experience ever in my life!! Service manager Brent acts like in mature kid..and is very rude.to his customers ..
