Tom Kelley Buick has been the recipient of Buick's customer service "Best in Class" for many years and in 1997 was chosen as one of only two Buick Flagships in the nation.

Not happy.

Not happy. Had a 8:45 appointment for an oil change and did not get vehicle back until 11:20 for a 30-minute oil change.

I had a fantastic experience buying my new car and trading in my old one! From start to finish, the team made the entire process smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. They took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I felt comfortable with every step, and offered a fair trade-in value for my previous vehicle. I never felt pressured, just supported?and that's not something you find everywhere when buying a car. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new ride and grateful for the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Highly recommend!
