After unexpectedly getting into an accident and having
After unexpectedly getting into an accident and having the car I loved totaled out, we went straight to Kelley Chevrolet. Craig heard what we were interested in and helped us find it. He even went as far as to meet us at the southwest lot to assist us there. After purchasing a 2019 Buick Envision, we noticed the rear heat was not working. Craig & Vinny (manager) assisted in making it right by getting it diagnosed and fixed on Kelley’s dime. They even put me in a loaner vehicle during the duration of the repair. This is our 3rd vehicle we’ve purchased from Kelley and we have been treated right every time. They will continue to receive our business not only for future vehicle purchases, but also mechanical services, and auto body needs. Plus, they offer free car washes! Thanks again Craig & Vinny!
