Kelley automobile organization began on August 21 1952 with Jim Kelley Motors a Dodge dealership. In Fort Wayne "Kelley" is synonymous with automobile dealerships racing teams airplanes golf courses politics and even benevolent entities.Over the past several years the Tom Kelley dealerships have grown both in size and stature due to their reputations earned in their respective communities. Tom Kelley Buick has been the recipient of Buick's customer service "Best in Class" for many years and in 1997 was chosen as one of only two Buick Flagships in the nation.

I had my starter replaced but you couldn't find parts.

I had my starter replaced but you couldn't find parts. I had to go across the street to buy a starter. I also think you charged me too much to replace the starter. The average price on the internet was quite a bit less.

Brought my GMC Terrain in for an oil change.

Brought my GMC Terrain in for an oil change. It was suggested to have all my fluids flushed. I agreed and was changed about 800.00. I take the car home and the next morning after I have left there is red fluid all over my garage floor. I checked the coolant level and it was empty. I contacted the service agent and let him know the problem. He was going to have it towed but then I had no way to get home from work. I had the fluid filled and drove to the dealer. I then had to get a loner car which was a little in convenient. The next day it was repaired near the end of the day. My car should have bee been the first one taken care of that morning not later in the day. It was the coolant seal ring that was not sealing correctly. The explanation was that it was not even checked. I work at a place that has auto mechanics. Just wondering if I did not tell them what was wrong would it have been found.

I was a little disappointed with my experience this time

I was a little disappointed with my experience this time - the communication was not great. I dropped my car off in the morning 8:00am for an oil change and diagnostic for a noise, and didn't hear anything all day. I ended up calling at 3:30pm to get status and didn't get an answer on when my car would be ready until 4:15. Just felt like the communication could have been better.
