These guys were awesome! Their professionalism coupled with hometown attitude was very refreshing. I can't say enough about how easy this whole process was. I drove 2 hours to work with them and I'd do it again without question. Thanks for everything you guys made it easy! I highly recommend anyone looking for a new Chevy to go here. Very down to earth people with very positive easy going customer service! Thanks again Ken, Ella, Tony and Teresa!

They were right there for me and showed me exactly what I had in mine. I wasn't there all day. They had my car ready when I went to pick it up. Gary went over with me all the functions that the car had on it and help me set everything up such as the blue tooth and onstar. It was the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. I am very happy with my car. Thank you.

Excellent service from Jim Jackson he is not a pushy...

Excellent service from Jim Jackson he is not a pushy salesman and respected our concerns and took care of us. Also Ken Houtz was part of the sale which made us have confidence in the purchase that he stands behind what he sells!! It's not very common anymore to have the owner of a car dealership work along with you to make sure you are taken care of. It was a very good experience and I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

When I entered the showroom, I was warmly greeted by...

When I entered the showroom, I was warmly greeted by Randy Barbee and he directed me to Jim Jackson. Jim was excellent in providing me information about the car and spoke to me on a personal, friendly basis. I appreciate Ken Houtz bringing me the car fax personally and even offered a limited warranty on the spot. Jim and Randy worked with my daughter and I on the price and Jim even met a personal request of mine-to park the car on the patio and place a gold bow on it, to surprise my daughter when we went to pick it up. This is a great little car for my daughter and we are both very happy with the transaction. As I told Jim, I am a "Ford man", but I will definitely go to their dealership when I am ready to purchase another vehicle.

I am totally in love with my new 2013 Chevy Sonic and Ken...

I am totally in love with my new 2013 Chevy Sonic and Ken Houtz Chevrolet!!!! I looked at all the others, the Kia Soul, Ford Focus and Fusion Hatchbacks, you name it..I looked at it. I had so much confidence in Chevrolet though that I had to give them the first look. In 2006 I purchased a Chevy HHR, prior to now, the best car I ever had! But the time had come with heavy heart I needed to begin my search for my new car. I work in Gloucester County so Ken Houtz Chevrolet was my first choice. I contacted Ken and let him know what I was looking for, I was fine with waiting the lead time to get one on order with all of my specs. I signed on to the Chevrolet website just to visit my car again and low and behold there was one in the Hampton area. I called that dealership and spoke with a salesman. When he heard I was looking to see if they had one in stock, he must have thought I was with another dealership, he hung up the phone on me and said the person I needed to speak with was busy. Sale lost for that salesman....but then again he never had a chance! Ken transferred the car and it was ready for pick up the next day. I stopped by the dealer after work on Saturday. The insurance paperwork was done, all papers filled out and the car was ready to go! All I had to to do was bring plenty of ink in my pen. I got a thorough explaination of options on the car from Gary and off I went! I've never had a buying experience more stream line than with Ken Houtz! I would never go to another Chevrolet dealership! Ken Houtz has a customer for life!

AWESOME!!! I had a chevy and returned numerous times...

AWESOME!!! I had a chevy and returned numerous times too have it worked on in the service department. I travel for work and they even kept my truck while I left for two weeks. Thanks Bill. Well my journey started with Jim and ended with Jim thank you very much it was great working with you. Jim sat me down and asked me what I wanted, sent me home and handed it too Ken too find what I wanted. Once Ken had all my information he worked until he could find what I requested. I was a bit doubtful being that I had a low credit score and two other dealerships were giving me financing options at 10+ percent. Well, Ken being Santa Claus and all, got me ZERO percent financing, I have never had 0percent, didnt even think it was possible but he did it. I have a new chevy and these guys ROCK!!! I will definitely be letting everyone I know at general motors know that Ken Houtz Chevrolet is the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with, they said they would get it done for me and they followed through. Thanks again guys my Chevy rides smooth!

Jim was so great I felt he needed a review all too...

Jim was so great I felt he needed a review all too himself, and I wanted too be number 30. I am from out of state and I have dealt with plenty of salesmen telling me whatever they thought I wanted too hear. Jim kept me informed every step of the way, asked me what I wanted and did his best too find it. I was never pressured too buy, look at, or drive anything that I hadn't asked about. If you are looking for an incredible car dealership and wonderful people working with your best interest in mind, then go here. I will and have recommended your services too a few people, keep up the good work.

We went into the dealer to just look. We knew we wanted...

We went into the dealer to just look. We knew we wanted a Chevy Tahoe, we weren't sure of exactly which features we wanted. Greeted by Tony Pafindi, who showed us the inventory they had and answered all the questions we had. He offered to let us take a test ride. He never once pressured us to buy anything. When we asked what would the vehicle we drove cost, explaining to him we live out of state and we could go through our insurance company to get a good price, they immediately came back with a price that was in line with what we could have gotten going through the insurance company program. The entire process was completed in a very timely manner. There was no pressure to buy the extras that many dealers to push on customers. During delivery, they gave us a detailed explanation of all the features, even linking my cell phone to the vehicle Bluetooth feature. We couldn't have had a better experience buying a car. Before this car I always felt buying a car was worst than going to the dentist. The next time we need to buy a car we will certainly go to Ken Houtz Chevrolet.
