Residential Counselor

Very nice people. Very quick with my first maintenance check up and oil change. Service people even drove my car to me because I was back in the parts department. One problem: My tires had different air pressures with 5 pounds difference between the tire with the highest pressure and the one with the least (a total of 3 different air pressures).

Wonderful Service

I wanted a new/used car, but was a little hesitant (being that I was still driving my first car)! Robert Kirkpatrick was EXCELLENT! He eased my mind and eased my doubts! He was very helpful! Any questions that I had, no matter how silly I may have thought them to be, he answered. The facility is awesome! The selection is great! I had the car that I wanted in mind, and Robert pointed me in its direction. He was very trustworthy of me...letting me test-drive it without him. The purchasing process was a little unnerving for me, but the team was awesome! It took a little over two hours, but I walked away with a 2012 Chevy Cruze!!!!! The day of pick-up, Robert went through and showed me all the features of the car. He helped me set some of the controls to the way I wanted them. He really cared about me, as a customer! I couldn't be any happier with my new car! And I'm so glad that I picked the team at Capital to purchase my second car! I have DEFINITELY spread the word about you guys at Capital! Thanks again!

Shopping for vehicle and getting the oil changed.

Great dealership. We would go there again to look for a car. Sales person was great.

Services and questions

I was received an email to let me know that my vehicle needed an oil change. I may drive that vehicle once a week. Even though I did not bring my vehicle in as soon as I got the email, because I do not drive it that much, to me it was not a big deal at the time. I then receive a phone call at home telling me I needed to bring in my vehicle. I carried my vehicle in for the oil change and it took 2 days. When I call to check on my vehicle, I spoke with a service rep. I asked him the price and if I could pay with my credit card over the phone also, I asked him if I should have received a spare tire with my vehicle, he responded yes. I then ask if he could find out why I did not get one. He told me that he would check into it. I have not gotten response also, I asked him about the recall and if the part was in yet. His response was not yet they will send me a letter to bring in the vehicle once the part comes in. Therefore, how can you sell a car with no spare. If I were to get a flat tire, what am I to do? I am not sure if I would recommend to a friend and this is not the first car I have brought from this dealership.

My GMC Service

Everything was done correctly the service was excellant. Iwas notified as soon as my truck was finished . If I did not hear anything from Steve Pearson then I knew that it was not finished yet.

APPRECIATE THE SERVICE

MY SALESMAN WAS GREG HUBAND. HE DID EVERYTHING HE COULD TO MAKE ME COMFORTABLE. THAT MADE IT EASIER TO MAKE A DECISION TO PURCHASE MY VEHICLE. I REALLY APPRECIATE MY OVERALL TREATMENT FROM GREG AND THE FOLKS AT THE DEALERSHIP. I WOULD RECOMEND OTHERS TO THE DEALERSHIP.
