Great service as usual

Haley is always helpful and courteous. No different on recent service visit, there was mix up on getting the state inspection done. When noticed it wasn't complete, they arranged schedule and did it immediately. Definitely going back.

First Year Vheck-Up

My car went into the shop when I arrived. Everyone I interacted with wad nice and professional. The waiting area was comfortable.and close. No complaints or problems.

Front Disc. Brakes Replaced 2009 Buick Enclave

Brake job well done,06/05/2015. One week later no problems. Vehicle stops without shudder or pulling in any direction, left or right. Thanks Steve

A1 service

Steve Pearson went above and beyond to inspect 2 of my vehicles and order and obtain tire for one of them and I spent less than half a day !

My Visist

The visit was for a re-call but I also needed an inspection on my 2011 GMC Terrain. I really do appreciate the fact that with no appointment they did the inspection. I had no doubt my vehicle would pass and it did with the exception of changing bulb. A $26.00 license plate bulb. Wow! I thought that was way too much for a bulb that cost $5.00.

2011 Buick Lacrosse

Bought my vehicle from there and always bring it back there for servicing even though I live way across on the other side of the river in Chesterfield. There is another Buick dealer closer on Midlothian, but we liek the service here. I can always call with questions, never rushed when talking with someone. I never have problems with setting up service appointments.

The choice is simple

As always, I am made to feel appreciated as a customer of Haley GMG. My service representative is always courteous, and explains all situations in detail. Haley GMC is competitively priced for their service, and wait time is held to a minimum. There is no other choice for me than to schedule my service ay Haley GMC.
