Service is never Complete the first time and comminication on what was done and when it will be complete.

Great service, tech showed video of my truck service. After the work was accomplished my bill was actually a lot lower than original estimate. My only complaint was unless I called it was either real late in the day or the next day late untill I heard from my service advisor. And that a 2021 Silverado bought from Kelley seems to spend more time in shop than on the road. At 55 years old and having had lots of trucks and cars in my days this one sure seems the worst.

They always do a great job. Adam, my advisor did a great job coordinating the service on my Corvette and then my Tahoe. Both services were recommended were completed professionally.
