The communication was very poor and the reason was that

The communication was very poor and the reason was that it took 5 days to get my truck fixed and all it was a thermostat problem and i lost three day of my vacation because my truck was not ready for me ,I took it in on Thursday and didn't get it back until Monday evening.

Okay Communication and friendliness is great.

Okay Communication and friendliness is great. The shuttle service is so helpful when we both work full time. They discuss repairs and costs prior to engaging in work and dont pressure us to get additional work done right away. They let me know I do need brakes in near future, but did not pressure me to make a decision instantly with them.
