    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We went and bought a car here. They seemed ok at first. The sales guy Evan seemed to be straight with us. That all changed once... we bought the car. We bought a van that was a few years old. When we were buying the car and going through the paperwork they said it had a warranty we were getting. I asked is it included in the price. They said yes. We had three kids with us so I didn't look super close at the paperwork. They said they had us approved before we even said yes since we started the paperwork. We went back to wait for them. It took like 45 minutes. Once we got home a few days later we found out it was because they ran us through multiple inquiries at multiple banks multiple times. They never told us they were doing this. Then we get the car home a drive it a few weeks. Everything seems fine. I go through a drive thru one night and the window falls out of the track and won't roll up. I figure they will fix it since it has been about a month and a half. We call and ask about the window and they say schedule an appointment and we will look at it, but it will cost $140 to diagnose it. I think what the xxxx I have a warranty and this is less then 2 months after I bought it. They said yes you have a warranty, but there is a $200 deductible. Again what the xxxx. They never told me that when we were getting it. I say that is unacceptable and they say they will talk to the manager. The manager never gets back to me after 5 days. I called multiple times each time they tell me they will get a message to him. It never happens. I tell the sales guy Evan and he says he will talk to the manager. He doesn't get back to me with answer until over a week later. The answer if I take down the bad review and they might split it. Screw that crap. I rather warn everyone to STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM than save $100.

    Stopped on a Saturday due to check engine light came on and car started having issues with the engine (11000 miles) 2nd time same problem and because service... was closed was told nothing could be done for me even though I said I lived an hour away. Told them didnt seem safe to drive it and again was told nothing they could do.

    I came to Glenbrook Hyundai for what I thought was only going to be a tire repair which turned into a tire replacement. I recently bought this vehicle... and also purchased a warranty for my tires. I spoke with Emma and explained that I ran over a piece of metal but I have a warranty. Emma sat down and read the full terms and conditions to get a better understanding of my warranty agreement and explained to me what I needed to do before they even touched the tire. If she did not take the time to read through all of that paper work (like I definitely should have) and tell me I needed to make a claim with the warranty company first, I would've voided my whole warranty and the $1500 I paid for it would have been wasted! I really appreciate all the help Emma gave me and I will continue to take my vehicle to be serviced at Glenbrook Hyundai because of the great experience I had with her.

    DeAndre helped us take a couple cars for a test drive and figure out the right car for our growing family. The whole car buying experience at Glenbrook... Hyundai was great. We will definitely go back there again in the future.

    DEALERSHIP: This is my second purchase from this dealership and I was not disappointed. They worked tirelessly on getting me a terrific car at a fair... price and were able to help me when no one else would. I love this car; it’ll be my 5th Hyundai. They are fantastic cars. I just bought a Sonata SE. Why this car? Because in 2012, this same make and model saved my life. SALES CONSULTANT: KOLBY SMITH I worked with Kolby Smith and Jarin Jasso Kolby WAS FANTASTIC! He made sure I never felt unheard and he addressed my concerns at every turn. Buying a car is always an ordeal no matter how you put it but considering that I will buy my next car from this dealership and from Kolby if he’s still there.     We were greeted right away and when we were waiting for someone to be available to help us, they checked on us periodically and made sure we weren't waiting... very long to be helped. They were very patient with us when going between the bank and dealership. Even before we got to the dealership they made sure that the visit was as simple and fast as possible.

    My 100% mentality disabled mother went in and bought a car that she could not afford she got home and we told her there was no way they could let her buy... a car in her condition. We spoke with the sales manager just a few hours later and he yelled and my sister and would not let help us correct the situation. I am shocked at they way they treated a disabled veteran.

    I had a good experience with Jarin. I was met at the door and greeted. He explained the process and showed me the vehicle I was interested and he didn’t... try to force anything on me and I made my decision. The Finance Guy was also nice and explained each document.
