The Best

Employee service from top to bottom is excellent. Obviously, this result has to start at the top and filter down the chain of employees to work and be consistent. My "Kudos" to the entire crew, I am a happy loyal customer. Fred Tautenhahn

Very prompt

Thanks for your friendlines, and speed of service. My expirience with using a maven vehicle and using putnam chevy is quite cumbersome because regardless of what the issue is, I have to leave the car for a minimum of 48 hours, which is quite ridiculous for a minor service such as a tire fix. Thanks

Great Service

I dropped off my vehicle early. As I was waiting for my ride to work, Bill let me it to the customer lounge for a cup of coffee. As I was waiting he checked me in even before the service department was open. Bill went above and beyond in my opinion.

Smooth purchase

Both sales person were very informative about the vehicle, answered all our questions, made sure we can get the best price and very helpful with all features set ups

no hassle air conditionng compressor repair !!!

Mark G. handled everything like the pro that he is. I made the appointment, he called the insurance company and the repair was completed on time. Very smooth experience.

exactly what you would want in a delaership

Peter Spencer was the sales person. He is very knowledgable, and is genuinely interested in making sure you purchase the car you want with no regrets. He did not try and push me into buying anything-in fact it was months before I finally ended up purchasing a new car. He takes the time necessary to explain the process. Once you have purchased a car he remains engaged to make sure there are no problems and bends over backwards for service issues.

Great service, great people!

I go to this dealership regularly for service on my Buick Enclave. They are always courteous, efficient, and they have me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time every visit. I highly recommend this dealership.

Awesome service!

As usual my 2007 Tahoe was taken care of in record time. Great customer service and such a friendly staff. I can always count on Putnam to keep my car running its best!

ALL GOOD!!

We hate shopping for new cars!!! That’s why purchasing our 2019 Bolt from Putnam GM was such a singular pleasure. Getting the price on the car we wanted was done extremely quickly over the phone and by email with Ramin Asbaghi, the Internet Manager. He is a great guy, not pushy, and easy to communicate with. And the price was the best of 4-5 dealerships we contacted. The financial paperwork with Doug took all of 15 minutes and we were on our way. As good as it gets dealing with car dealerships!
