I knew that I had a possible battery issue but then when
I knew that I had a possible battery issue but then when I was out shopping my Acadia had a slow start. I figured I was going to have to get the battery changed on short notice. My advisor, Stanley M., was great. When I called him he agreed it was probably time and got me into an appointment slot immediately. I drove over to Hendricks and he immediately took care of getting my issue resolved. I was out of the shop in under 2 hours which is great on short notice. Thank you for taking care of me any my Acadia.

Pretty bad wxperience.
Pretty bad wxperience. Firstly, Chevrolet charged me twice so I had to sort that out. They installed the camera but it doesn't work. It won;'t connect to wifi and the rear camera doesn't work. Trying to get it sorted out but that takes lots of time.

Craig at Rick and Hendrick in Richmond was amazing, he made me feel welcome and valued my time. Craig made sure that I was comfortable and loved what I was looking for and asking for in a car. He was very patient and supportive with understanding. I didn?t feel like a dollar sign I was treated with respect and he was concerned about putting me in a car that I love be also what was great for my money and safety with me having two kids. Even his team partners were great as well Mike came over and helped me as much as he could with my purchase. Everybody goal was for me to leave happy and satisfied with my vehicle. I never told Craig my dream color car and I left with that because they took time me and got to know me as a person. I was grateful that my first car that I purchased without someone?s help was done with them. Thank you again

Every staff member was friendly.
Every staff member was friendly. Nathan was very helpful in answering my questions about the vehicle. The test drive went well. I test drove the vehicle at 6pm, they closed at 8pm but stayed late until all processing was completed. They followed up with me a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. It was a wonderful experience.

My vehicle ran hot and had to be towed to Rick Hendrick
My vehicle ran hot and had to be towed to Rick Hendrick on West Broad Street. The problem was diagnosed the next morning and a replacement part ordered. On the second day the vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup.
