They found the problem - Mickey, the tech told me what

They found the problem - Mickey, the tech told me what was needed to correct the problem - parts were ordered - appointment was set for the following day to complete the installation- the car was completed and returned with everything fixed - no noise - drives like a new car

The sales team was great the Management of the facility

The sales team was great the Management of the facility is horrific I went back 4 tiles and no deal could be reached I called on vehicles and no one could be reached I would not come back to this dealer!!!

The brakes squeak and I was told that was normal for the

The brakes squeak and I was told that was normal for the type of brake pads used and could not be fixed. Also we have a message on the screen asking for a password. The one we had originally worked once but the message continues to show. The service dept did not know how to fix that either.

Our salesperson (Mike P.

Our salesperson (Mike P.) was great - responsive, available for questions, personable. The sales process (after deciding to purchase the vehicle) was very time consuming, and in my case, included quite a bit of pressure to get me to take delivery that very day, even though I told them I needed a few days to get my funds (cash purchase) in order. This included applying for a loan I didn't need to take out, which ended up lowering my credit score.
