Great service performed for oil, lube, filter, rotate

Great service performed for oil, lube, filter, rotate tires and state inspection. The staff is friendly and attentive. The waiting room has TV and water and coffee and is comfortable.

My service experience was ok?

My service experience was ok? nothing special. Would like to see this dealership step up a little. Seems to be a very stiff, business like atmosphere. Which is fine in most cases.

My car required an unexpected repair in order to pass

My car required an unexpected repair in order to pass Virginia State Inspection. The replacement part was in stock at the dealership, so both services were completed in about the same amount of time as the state inspection normally takes. Also, one new perk from this Rick Hendrick dealership is that they text or email you a video of their service technician showing and explaining which specific service/s were performed on your vehicle.

I have an exceptional experience with getting my C8

I have an exceptional experience with getting my C8 Corvette serviced at Rick Hendrick's Chevy. My C8 is in perfect condition so I was concerned as to if proper care would be taken to avoid and minor damage during service. Instrument cluster needed to be replaced so there was potential for damage if extreme care wasn't taken. Got C8 back and no damage/issues at all. In fact every aspect of my service visit was amazing. My service writers were very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I can't imagine having a better service visit anywhere. I will never have any concern in taking my C8 there again. I would like thank Danny Ortega and Connor Flowers and my tech (not sure of name) for the professionalism they demonstrated. I have already recommended this this Rick Hendrick dealership to 2 other Chevy owners.
