I brought my 2022 Murano for the CVT service and oil

I brought my 2022 Murano for the CVT service and oil change. I was informed I needed front and rear brakes they were able to get everything completed same day. Sara and Amanda went above and beyond to help me out and keep me notified.

Came in a couple of days ago with an unexpected flat

Came in a couple of days ago with an unexpected flat tire. There were a couple new faces when I walked in. I did eventually see Miss Amanda, assuming she’s been promoted, but happy to see her, coming in from her office. A young gentleman greeted me and took care of me. Unfortunately my tire wasn’t in stock but he took my car back and got my spare on and the next day called and got me in for my new tire. An even bigger surprise I got out with only paying $55 bucks, I didn’t realize I had warranty on my tires with the purchase. The young man was very pleasant both encounters. I’ll definitely be back for all my service needs. Thank you Mr. D Clark and Swope Nissan for getting me taken care of.

Clark was a pleasure to work with!

Clark was a pleasure to work with! He explained everything my Pathfinder needed on today’s visit and what would be needed on the next visit. Definitely trust this dealership and love the customer service they provide.

Where do I begin... Starr and Amanda are hands down best service staff to work with. They go above and beyond for their customers. They even bought me a Nissan hat!

Rude customer service, questions weren’t answered, car

Rude customer service, questions weren’t answered, car wasn’t ready when I was told it would be, was never notified of the delay, cost of service was more than I was told it was going to be due to some “hidden” fees that were added on. I’ve had this same experience before and not sure why I came back but 100% sure will never be back and will not ever purchase a Nissan from them either. Don’t trust them.
