Lacking Follow-Up Notification to Customer

Had to call to see if automobile was finished on several occasions. Never notified of underlying problem until we called.. Lost contact 3 times (disconnected). Need better follow-up customer service. Service itself was a good and mechanic very helpful.

Could Care Less after they Get Paid

I helped someone buy a new vehicle from them. He wanted a hitch, but they couldn't find a vehicle with one, so they agreed that they would pay a garage to install it. The buyer told them that he would wait a few days for them to get the hitch installed. He picked up the SUV after everything was done on a Friday, drove it home and while he was learning all of the electronics he couldn't get the remote start to work. He tried everything, read the book several times, but it just wouldn't work. He called them on a Monday morning and it took them till Wednesday to realize that no one from the dealership installed the Dealer Installed Remote Starter. They acted like it wasn't their fault, they kept saying its a Dealer Installed Item. Now he has to take the vehicle back to them and leave it a day to get the Kit installed. We are wondering, what else did they not check before he picked up the vehicle. How can they sell a new vehicle without check that everything works?

Top notch professional sales staff

Stopped in to check out Ford fusions ....wife liked the Titanium models but they didn't have any used ones. Rick James found a nice SE Model that wss fully loaded like a Titanium just lacking a few options that didn't matter to her.Fair trade in and found me outstanding financing. price of new car was slightly less than blue book and a real nice car. Last time I felt with a dealership ('VW ) was in 2003....which in comparison with this dealership, was a nightmare.

OUTSTANDING

Best shop experience in Elizabethtown. I have been to about every shop over the past 40 years. This shop was a very pleasant surprise. Another shop tore up the engine and refused to fix it. I shopped for 5 months and Bob Swope Ford came through. In the Shop Diane & Erica helped with financing and replace the engine. A few weeks later my Goodrich tires began to rip apart Mark Rattliff from parts contacted Goodrich (never buy Goodrich tires again!) and even though Goodrich recognized the problem they wouldn?t do anything about it. Mark and Carrie Server went to work helping me pick out the perfect tires. They worked with me to match the cheapest market price! Couldn?t be happier ! I then had them do the mileage required service And again worked with finance and parts to help me stay within budget WOW! Never ever had a shop do that!! All this highlighted by a very unexpected surprise, Greg Hutchins picked me up and dropped me off a number of times. Great guy pleasant conversation. Honorable mention goes to Chris Doyle who stopped what he was doing to give me a ride one afternoon. Thanks to all. Absolutely No SHOP SHOCK or BUYERS remorse.

Should have stayed in the old building!

I have been taking my truck to Swope Ford Service since I bought it at this dealership. For the first 6 years they were setup at a separate truck only shop down the street from the actual dealership. I could get the WORKS done in 40 minutes or less and repairs were also done in a timely manner. No complaints there. Now that service has moved to the dealership, expect to be there all day. I just waited an hour to find out my truck was not even taken back yet. Why make an appointment and tell them you are waiting if there is no hurry to get you in. Looking in the shop they were not very busy today and lots of open bays. It has been this way since the truck service moved and this might be the last time I get my truck serviced there. After years of the dealership servicing my truck all I want is the same level of service which includes timely service.
