Got one follow up text from my initial message that I sent. Didn't hear back from them for the entire day. Had to call him later in the evening. Just to get pretty much zero information. Never heard from them again. This started with a Sunday message, contact on monday morning, we called back Monday evening, then crickets. I was even willing to drive the 2 hours to pick up the car. I was buying it site unseen. It was a really good deal. At least it would have been. Makes me think it was advertised as a good deal for other reasons. Can't prove it, just a feeling. Ended up finding what we needed on Carvana. Excellent experience there. Probably will never need the chance to try and deal with them again so really no skin off my hide.

They have gotten better with the customer service, just wish as a long time customer whom has purchased 7 vehicles in the last 10 years there could be some type of reward program to offset the cost of repairs. I feel like a new customer each time my husband and I buy a vehicle from this dealership.

First oil change 2023 Chevy Blazer. Had my first oil change and a few questions for the service manager that checked me in. The young lady acknowledged the oil change and listened to my concerns with my vehicle, and the told me she would find an answer to my problem. 5 minutes in the waiting room and she came up to me and explained that she had an answer to my problem and explained it to me. When my car was delivered back to me she came out and showed me how to fix the problem I was having. I was very impressed with the thought, care and concern this person showed to me and my problem with my car. 5 star rating for her.

These guys are awesome. Our new car had come in the night before and when they found out we were going out of town for wife?s surgery, they busted behinds and got it ready for us that day. We were t planning to pick up till the following week.
