I was in the market for a Pacifica Hybrid, seeking out the best deal possible, and looking at dealerships all over Virginia. Nick Ellis was incredibly transparent and easy to work with. We negotiated a great deal without ever meeting in person. Everything was done by phone and email, Nick coordinated with me to pick up my car when I was in town on business, and it all went down with no surprises or bait and switch. Just a quick, painless purchase.

We had been looking for a minivan for several months and finally found what we wanted at Whitten Brothers of Ashland. Jessica McLane did a fantastic job from the beginning. Since we're from out of town, it was especially important to us that we weren't surprised by anything when we finally traveled to the dealership to look at the car and make the purchase. Jessica was very helpful leading up to our visit by communicating frequently and transparently, and was a great help guiding us through the buying process. She wasn't pushy at all and was able to answer all of our questions. She went above and beyond by helping entertain our two young children who were out well past their bedtime! The business staff was also top notch in helping my family navigate a complicated registration situation. The whole staff stayed well past closing to make sure the deal got done. I highly recommend Whitten Brothers of Ashland for a personal small town feel so rarely experienced today.

Been looking for a truck for over a year now and just couldn’t find one I wanted to pull the trigger on. I went in to WB about 2 months ago and spoke to Nick Ellis. It was a pretty short conversation bc I had my son in the car, but he did a great job listening to what I wanted and my needs. He stayed in touch with me for the last 2 months over email sending me some trucks I might be interested in. I. Am in earlier this week to test drive one he had transferred for me. Loved the truck! I did a little more research and ended up finding a few more on the lot that fit my needs a little better. End of the story, I love the 2017 Ram I purchased and Nick did a great job with me throughout the process. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the transaction took longer than it should have. They also need a dedicated kids section. Not everyone has a sitter at the drop of a hat.

He got straight to the point about what we wanted, and presented us with every detail about the Jeep Compass and it’s accessories. He was very helpful on the test drive informing me about all the functions of the vehicle itself. Even the guys who helped discuss financing the vehicle were super helpful and thorough.
