I can't say enough about the high quality of customer

I can't say enough about the high quality of customer service we received recently when our vehicle had a major factory parts failure. The initial decision was that the parts failure was going to not be covered but the vehicle only had about35,000 miles on it. Needless to say we had serious concerns and told our service rep Jen about it. She took the time research our warranty and went out of her way to double check our warranty once again. The end result is that our warranty did actually cover the defective parts and we paid nothing for our repairs. In addition, when we picked up our van the service manager Russ came out to speak with me to ensure I was completely satisfied with my repair. Both did a lot to ensure we left completely satisfied and this was an AMAZING customer service experience! The level of care and concern was refreshing,.

I researched new vehicle makes for over a year.

I researched new vehicle makes for over a year. Next, my wife and I decided to purchase the 2025 Buick Encore GX Avenir FWD as listed on the Don Franklin Bardstown KY Chevy Buick website. After chatting on the website and texting employees about purchasing this car, I set up an appointment. Our salesman, Josh Barrett greeted us as when we arrived. In his office, he showed a document which highlighted the numbers which we wanted. Next, we got a thorough overview of the car and took it for a test drive. When my wife and I returned, we processed the documentation with Josh and Chris Hammer. We have been loyal Don Franklin customers since 2013 and this vehicle purchase is number 6 and this DF dealership is the 4th. If you need a Buick, see the Don Franklin Bardstown dealership. I brought my truck it fix a problem with battery drain.

I brought my truck it fix a problem with battery drain. It won't start without jump after a few hours sitting. I paid $2000 to have the issue diagnosed and fixed along with a fee other issues. Next morning I am ready foe work and guess what no start! What a joke 2k and I still can't get one simple problem fixed. This is not my first issue with them but it will definitely be my last.

Took my Chevy traverse to get the suspension fixed .

Took my Chevy traverse to get the suspension fixed . Spent $1000 of dollars and it’s not fixed . I have called Russ the Manger several times leaving messages with no return call . I plan on calling main owner to try to get my car fixed . Don’t take your car here !!!
