Friends and family, please share this. I am absolutely disgusted with the shady and unethical behavior of D-Patrick Ford Lincoln. My mother, who just retired and is on a fixed budget, went to them to buy an SUV. She paid $10,500 for it I sat and listened to her ask the salesman Eric and his boss Dylan if there were any major mechanical issues with the car and they said NO. She just got it home and it automatically started having issues right away. Turns out the motor is completely shot and needs replaced. When she called them to ask if they knew about this, they said they did, and that's what "SOLD AS IS MEANS." They lied to our faces. I'm so heartbroken for her as she spent all of her savings to get this vehicle.

Buying the car was a positive experience and the salesman, Kevin Woolsey, was helpful and accommodating to our requests. Since I drove a 250+ miles to buy the vehicle, getting the details in order before the trip was important and Kevin (and initially Paige Billings) were very instrumental toward that end.

I got a nice used vehicle.

I got a nice used vehicle. I was told the gas tankworld be full when I picked it up and it wasn't. It was detailed very nice.

Once the sales manager paired us with a different

Once the sales manager paired us with a different salesperson, we had a great experience. The first man that came out to greet us was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I spoke with the manager and he apologized for that man's behavior and passed us to another salesperson, Evelyn, and she was fantastic.
