    I came in for service, and I was in for less than an hour. I drove home to find I was billed for 1.3 hours. I brought this to management's attention,... but there has been no response.

    I paid $3,000 down for a used Jeep Cherokee, the next day it was saying service shifter. When I called D Patrick they didnt want to pay to repair the shifter... but after fighting with them about it they ended up paying for the shifter to be replaced and gave me a rental car during that time. A few weeks later my car started saying vehicle has to be in park to shift, the car wouldnt accelerate past 15 mph and the engine light and battery light was coming on, I called D Patrick and told them and asked for a rental car since nobody could look at my car for another week, they would not give me a rental car and didn't do anything to help me, I have only had this jeep for a month!!! It has been nothing but a headache and they are not helpful at all and dont care, they just want your money and thats it. I would never recommend D Patrick to ANYBODY!

    Mark Feller was great to work with. The sale was a little complicated, my fault, by the way. But Mark stayed helpful and did not apply any pressure... to change my mind something I very much appreciate. He went the extra mile to get me the vehicle I asked for. My wife and I are very happy.     D-Patrick had performed an alignment for my vehicle, 4000 miles later I did a modification to my vehicle and found my front tires to be worn down on the... inside to no tread due to the alignment, I brought my vehicle to D-Patrick to perform another alignment, for my recent modification, and for a safety recall for passenger air bag, I complained to Casey Hollander, the acting service manager at the time, about my tires being worn, he did not like my complaint, so he refused to my alignment, which was fine with me but he also refused to do my safety recall which left me to contact Ford Motors and the NHSTA about his safety recall refusal, which he is not to do

    Awful experience. I received a call from a salesperson based on my inquiry into an SSR that was posted online on Sunday (they were closed that day). I... asked a few questions regarding the condition of the tires, belts, etc, as the car was 12 years old with 5k miles on it. At that time, the salesperson told me the car was still available. All this person had to do was walk from her cubicle to the showroom floor and check the condition of the tires and belts (or simply ask someone). Two hours later, she calls back, gives me information about the car that wasn't even what I asked her to find out, and then told me that it was sold.

    My buying experience was both fast, pleasant and efficient. Everyone was very friendly and the facility was excellent. I received an excellent deal on... my purchase and I would not hesitate to deal with D-Patrick Ford in the future. I traveled 200 miles in a one way rental to the facility. My D-Patrick sales rep even called the rental agency for its pickup at the dealership.
