Up until now I have been pleased with every experience at Dpat. Had a front strut replaced over a month ago. Afterwards the strut was making harsh metal to metal contact when going through a dip or over bumps in the road. Took the car back in and turned out the part was defective. They had to order another one. Waited several weeks without hearing anything so I called to inquire on status and was transferred to the parts department. Sure enough they had received it but apparently the service department was not aware. They should have known this and called me to schedule but I had to be the one to make another appointment, which is never an easy task. The AI answering system is a complete crap show. Left numerous messages for the service department but never received a call back so just scheduled appointment online. Big mistake. Took the car in and they said it's a defective strut we'll have to order one. I had to tell them it's already here in your parts department! After installing the second new strut it too is making the same noise as if it is defective. Took it in for third time and we were told they couldn't replicate the issue so not sure what if anything is wrong. Charged me another $250 to tell me sorry, nothing we can do. I may not have given the big dpat a lot of business but I certainly will not bring them any more.

After taking my truck in for a recall and service, I was very upset to see that they put a dent in the center of my hood from how they closed it.they told me they were going to review the before and after pics and haven’t heard back

I had a recall on my new car, and they offered to have a technician come to our house to fix it so we didn't have to go wait at the dealership. The service was completed in less than 1 hour!

Came in for an oil change and they did inspection said that I need to pay around 2k to get the car in a perfect shape made me pay upfront and then kept telling me that there is new issues and end up paying then around 20k and the van isn't fixed they held my van in there lot nearly a year in a 1.5 year period... shame on you "Cameron Lashbrook" was really rude and unprofessional

Don't trust their safety standards. Sold me a truck with two of the tires worn to 0/32" on the shoulders. When I sent photos of the wear, which could cause hydroplaning or an accident, they explicitly told me they wouldn't do anything about them. I should have looked at the tires better but did not expect this on a truck with only 21,000 miles. This also means the truck is severely out of alignment, which I will also have to pay for out of pocket.

They assured me the car I bought could be flat towed and it cannot. I found out the same day and wanted to return it but they refused I went in looking for a Lincoln MKX, they supposedly had 2. The first one was trash, I can’t believe they offered it for sale! Now I’m out $22,000 for the Ford Edge and don’t have a car I can tow behind my RV. I wouldn’t buy a child’s plastic car from them.

I was very verbal from the moment I walked in that the car had to be flat towable. I told everyone I talked to. Tim Keith assured me the edge was just like the Lincoln MKX and could be flat towed. My salesman, Eric, went back to service and they said it was flat towable. IT IS NOT FLAT TOWABLE! The car is very nice but it can’t do what I told you I needed! I have told you since day one that I do not want and can’t use this car. Tim is now lying and said he didn’t say that but I promise you he did. I just want you to cancel the sale and Oh, I never got paperwork at the dealer, only by text after I said I wanted the contract cancelled. if you look at the contract, it’s very obvious I did not sign it. Please, just let me return the car. I’m a nearly 70 year old lady, raising her now 17 year old grandson and I can’t afford to buy a car that is not useable.

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, I was given the runaround. Every time I spoke with the advisor, I was told a different price. After multiple attempts to get answers and bringing no results, I reached out to the service director Cole Ransome, and he never returned my call. I was promised my vehicle would be done by October 1st, but no one contacted me to say they were behind until the next day. On top of that, they offered to deliver my vehicle and said they would call my wife when it arrived since I work nights and would be asleep. That call never came. Instead, they just left the keys sitting in the cup holder and walked away leaving my vehicle completely unsecured and at risk of being stolen. The lack of honesty, accountability, and basic professionalism here is unbelievable. I would never recommend this service center to anyone.

Well long story short they picked up my vehicle to fix a recall issue. Had my car over 5 hours for a 20-minute job brought it back filthy with a crack in the windshield I'm pretty hot so yeah my review well you can only imagine.
