Bought a car from Bob Spradlin and had a great experience. He took the time to explain all the car functions to me and there are a lot of things to learn in a Mercedes! He was so patient and kind, felt more like a friend that a sales person. Can not recommend Mr. Spradlin and James Motor company enough. Great people and an awesome dealership.

Great buying experience!
I recently purchased a vehicle from James Motors in Lexington. I have to say it was my best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. I'm a single, older woman and the process can be intimidating. But, there was none of the usual pressure or haggling back and forth. They were super easy to deal with and even went above and beyond by allowing me to take the car early because they were experiencing computer issues. I would have expected this had I been purchasing a $120,000 Mercedes, but I was purchasing a USED vehicle. Be sure to ask for Danny Arnold.
