I purchased a tahoe.
I purchased a tahoe. we discussed price and interest rates. I agreed and when I went through my paperwork for my business it was different. there was 6k higher in price and .5 percent higher in interest. when I called them they lied to me and basically said to bad

Sanborn is horrible!
Sanborn is horrible! They do not communicate, they don’t complete repairs and there is NO ownership or accountability there. Never again will I purchase a vehicle from them. I strongly recommend others don’t as well.

I purchased a 2019 traverse from Sanborn.
I purchased a 2019 traverse from Sanborn. The back up camera was broken prior to the purchase. Sanborn stated they would fix the camera. 6 years and repeated visits the camera is still not fixed. The service department has been unwilling to fix the matter. No ethical dealer will see you a vehicle that is already broken. A year and a half ago we started bringing the car in for concerns over how the vehicle was driving and expressed that we thought there were transmission issues. Sanborn repeatedly told us “no issues” then right when it got out of warranty, they stated it had issues and needed $8,500 in repairs. We took it for a second opinion elsewhere and it was less than half the price. I expressed these concerns to Jason the service manager and he refused to address the concerns. He said to bring the car in, and I had to tell him the car IS there and has been for 4 weeks. He didn’t even know our car was there! What kind of “manager” address customers and concerns without proper knowledge before hand. Additionally I expressed these concerns in writing so he clearly saw may name and proceeded to address me by the wrong name. The service department is incompetent and WIL NOT provide you with the response or repair you need. I do not recommend Sanborn for purchase of vehicles as there is no follow through or continuance of service. They are unethical and will sell vehicles with pre existing issues. Then the service department can not provide proper support and is incapable of repairing vehicles. Also I have asked to speak with Jason’s supervisor or the owner and have received no response. Unfortunately, I have had to escalate this matter outside of the dealership.

Communication was terrible throughout the process. Took way longer than it should have with parts not being ordered 3 weeks into the process. I was told they where putting new doors on my truck. That did not happen. My truck was giving back to me not finished, with lights on the dash, and I had to bring to another shop to fix and pay out of pocket. Worst experience I have ever had. Also, a new hood was put on my truck, apparently the hood vent trim wasn't replaced and replaced with the old one, which they didn't clip in all the way and flew off while I was driving on the highway. Now I will have to come out of pocket for a new one. Also, I gave the manager my keys to my hitch lock as the grill guard I had was replaced and had a hitch mounted license plate which I never got back as well. I will never recommend Sanborn Collision Department and will never bring back one of my vehicles there again.

November 2021 orded a vet gave my deposit, they said
November 2021 orded a vet gave my deposit, they said about a year or so ...no worries.. after six or so months I was checking in , was 15 in line then 14 then 12 ..then I got stage four kidney cancer, did not check in anymore... Never hearing from them agin... march 2024 I called Linda in sales ordering and they had no paper work on me nothing in the computer.... she asked if I had paper work on it and I did and to send her it... and at this point I said just cancel my order and give me my deposit back.. the next day I got a email saying were to send the check.... Not a sorry not a aaa man this is what happened how can we make this up to you.....nothing.... I bought on at Steves in Oakdale (thank you Joe M )... sandorn customer service at its finest......
