Very good, service by Andrew and Shells were excellent.
I have been a customer for years. I have to say with the new management team, and one particular salesman (Scott Fitzgerald), they are a hundred times... better than any of the surrounding dealers. Scott made my car buying experience very enjoyable. There was never a point when I felt pressured. Scott was very patient in showing me all of the new features of my truck, and has answered every follow up question I have had. The service department has been very friendly and has offered to pick my vehicle up and deliver when I needed to have the oil changed. I highly recommend anyone who is in the market to contact Scott at Sanborn. You will not regret it.

In December 28 2018 took Traverse in as it had drained almost all coolant and was running rough that same day was told by Sanborn Chevrolet that after... diagnosis everything was fine next day car broke down in middle of highway 5 outside of Bakersfield, another Chevrolet dealership did some repairs and we were on our way on Thursday the 4th of April 2019 engine light came on after spending roughly 1100 dollars we were told car was fine on April the 5th 2019!the engine light came on again and then we took it back in to be told that a spark plug wire was damaged in repair and that everything was fine On April 8th light came on again and car has been at dealership until April 11 2019 and we were now told it could be a coolant leak into engine which could run thousands when asked why they did not detect anything in December or the last three visits in a week I was told that they ?only fix obvious problems?
