Purchased a Chevy trax

The process took way too long. The sales rep. Had to keep going to the manager because he didn?t quite understand the contract. It seemed complicated for them to give me a reasonable deal. And upon filling all the paperwork the dealer and sales rep forgot to ask me would I like Gap insurance . And by the time I brought it to their attention; they said they would have to start the whole contract over and rewrite it. It was late I was tired and just signed thanked them and walked out.

Surprisingly good

Angelo and Justin went above and beyond to help us. Although the dealer had sold out of the EVs we were looking for, there were some privately-owned models in the vicinity. Angelo happened to know the owners (one was a staff member), who graciously agreed to let us get in and test the headroom in each. He turned what could have been a wasted trip into an informative and useful meeting. Great customer service! We'll be coming back to this dealership.

Best dealer in the 209

best dealer ship I've worked in the area. Salesman Erick made everything so easy for me. got me the vehicle I was looking for. no haggle or issues when buying this vehicle. He was not pushy at all.

AVOID Sanborn like the plague

Unethical. I will never purchase a vehicle from this Chevy dealership again. I will go out of my way to tell people to stay away from Sanborn. They lie constantly. I should have learned my lesson when they lied about doing an oil change on a used truck purchase the first time. Second time around finance lied about adding LoJack. I repeatedly asked if that was an extra charge. Worst Chevrolet dealer in area.

buyers beware!

I would not recommend buying a car here, we bought a truck here earlier this year. It was a custom truck, pretty sure we were sold a lemon. first issue was they drilled random holes in under carriage for a plate that didn't belong there. Second was there was a issue with the driver side tire, rotor, etc. Was told out of pocket it would be 600$, that's fine. Truck needs to get fixed. Its going on two months, truck is still in sunborn shop. They can't figure out what the right part is, It should be a simple fix but if they can't fix it or figure it out then what is the problem. We get no phone calls, no updates, were making payments on a truck that's just hanging out in a shop with no timeline to be fixed. No one will give us a straight answer. Our next step is to call a lemon lawyer. Just saying, buyers beware. Even if you have warranty. So quick to take your money but horrible customer service!!!

2021 Blazer

Erick our salesman made the buying process so easy. Out of all the dealerships in our area he was the one to reach out to us first and and answered all questions and any concerns we had. No hassle when signing the contract and were not pushy on us. We would definitely go there when we decide to buy a car again.

Communication is key and Sanborn delivered!

During this pandemic with cars in high demand, I was so excited to finally find the car of my dreams available at Sanborn. I could have ordered it from a local dealership and waited for 9 months or more, but I just kept looking and being patient. When I saw online that they had one arriving, I immediately messaged them (both email and text). I was responded to very promptly in both forms of communication. My salesman Tosh answered all my questions quickly and I was so thankful to be able to put down a deposit over the phone before making the over 2 hour drive to Sanborn. After I made the deposit, another gentleman called about the financing while Tosh looked into current discount offers I asked about. Sanborn really went out of their way to welcome my spouse and I at the dealership. Every single employee offered us a beverage as they walked by. Working with Tosh at Sanborn was effortless. I went for a test drive with him when I got there at my scheduled appointment time and started the paperwork. My only tiny complaint from the whole experience is that I was not offered very much for my trade in by their appraisal team. With car shortages due to the pandemic, I definitely should have been offered more. They were only willing to go up $250.00 when I challenged them on it. Oh well, they did offer me a better APR and that did help me feel a little more settled about it. The paperwork was all signed and I drove off living the dream of owning my very first new car!!! Tosh even texted me on the way home to let me know that myChevrolet app account was officially set up and then called a few days after the purchase to check if everything was still going great. I am so thankful for Sanborn and hope that everyone has a terrific first new car buying process like I did!
