I call to have recalls done to tailgate , they end up doing 3 recalls all together . Every thing went very smoothly and Taylor dose a very good job as a representative to Commonwealth Dodge . Like dealing with her !

Completely impressed with this dealership
I run hotshot all over the country. Came through the snow storm in st Louis. And needed service on my truck .they worked me in on a Saturday when no other dealership in Louisville would. Great set of folks that work there.

Missed things on vehicle service.
Didnt top off fluids and never checked tires like listed on their checklist. After I left I checked my tires all 4 were different and one of the 4 tires was low and needed air.

Don’t Trust their estimat
My husband bought in his Chrysler 300 to fix his muffler, Justin called and said that it couldn’t be fix he would have to get a whole new... price $1700... I said let’s get an second estimate... took it to big O , they said he doesn’t need a new muffler b/c they can sand both end and put a new piece in, only cost $93.00... the car sounds like new... Do not trust common wealth dodge mechanics, they are lazy and will try to ripe you off.

Kenny Sanders, and Kelvin Gates
So my wife and I are expecting another child and our ford fiesta just wasn't going to make the cut and we needed something bigger. We went to the ford dealership down the road and they were ridiculous, very rude, pushy, and over priced for what we needed. We went down to the dodge dealer and were looking around, I was straight up with them and told them exactly what I need and want and they were straight up with me and said some things I didn't want to hear at first but let's be honest no one wants to accept that their payments for something newer are going to be higher. Kenny and Kelvin were spectacular and sent us home that night in a used 2015 dodge journey and we were happy but this happened over the weekend and the banks said no so on Tuesday when we went back to have it serviced everything was just fine or so we thought. Well my wife got the call on the following Saturday and said we had to go back up there and I'm like really what's going on now and she said idk but kenny said we will be happy when we leave so I'm assuming it's just finishing up paperwork lol. Well the bank actually approved us for a 2018 so yes I was right it w I s just finishing up paperwork but on a brand new car. This is the first brand new car we have ever bought and it felt so good to drive it home that day with everything we've been through it was nice to have something we could depend on for a long time. We were not looking to buy, but were just looking while dropping off a vehicle to be serviced. Commonwealth Dodge helped us get the exact vehicle we wanted, and went the extra mile to make it possible. The service department is very friendly and informative.
