The service section do not have CS especially the service

The service section do not have CS especially the service manager. He doesn’t care your waiting time and he’s very nonchalant. I hated myself been there today.

Service to my vehicle was provided efficiently and well. Dealer has a fairly short limit on distance to provide rides. This is a significant inconvenience in a spread out area. Visit was for a 2016 Escape to fix traction control and brakes.

The service dept.

The service dept. is great. The transmission guy top notch.! Extended warranty ends up spending more trying to shortcut and that requires much more time to get the vehicle back. That will teach one patience!!!! I couldn't be more pleased with Purvis Ford.

I have bought cars and trucks from Purvis over the last

I have bought cars and trucks from Purvis over the last 25 years. I've always dealt with Barry Jones. I have always had a positive experience when dealing with Barry and the sales staff. When it comes to the Service Department is mostly good. The only issue I have is when I try to call they sometimes don't pick up or at least have a voice mail to leave a message. Tony Sims, one of the service writers has always helped me and made my service experience a positive one. Hence my overall rating is good.

Dealer is good, but I will never again buy the extended

Dealer is good, but I will never again buy the extended warranty. Twice had repairs in last month, both times not covered. Waste of money. Ford warranty is a scam!

My initial interaction with the dealership was not great.

My initial interaction with the dealership was not great. Do NOT go to Delfin! He's extremely rude, arrogant, and painful to work with. HOWEVER, John and Ken are wonderful and they made up for Delfin's ignorance with their extreme kindness. I felt a sense of loyalty that you rarely find with sales/finance personnel. I would highly recommend them if you plan on buying a car in this market. Purvis is still charging over MSRP on most of their vehicles, and not allowing family Ford A-Z plans on pretty much anything right now, but my family was in a pinch and John (and Ken) got me on the road in a new EV in about 2 days, just in time for our move to NC, so I am grateful for that.

Whenever I bring in my truck for service, the team is ready to answer any questions. They expeditiously check in the vehicle, provide an explanation of what services will be performed, and ask me if anything else is needed.
