We had the best experience at Leonardtown Ford! Not once did we feel pressured to buy. Eric was the best to work with, personable and friendly. The sales manager was upfront and honest with us. Would deal with again.

The alternator on my explorer went out.

The alternator on my explorer went out. Sam got me in immediately the same day. I barely made it to the dealership before the car cut off. The service team had it fixed by the next morning and called me the right after I dropped it off to let me know what the issue was. Luckily my salesman Will let me know my car was still under warranty, so I just had to pay a low deductible. Leonardtown Ford is amazing and Sam rocks for getting me in so quickly. If not for him, I would've had to have it towed. Thank you so much to the team who fixed my car!

I’ve always had terrific service.

I’ve always had terrific service. However I recently bought a used EV and paid an extra $4500 for the “service and maintenance” plan, being told I wouldn’t have to pay anything else for five years (including tire rotation, whatever other scheduled maintenance work was needed) … only to find out when I took it in for scheduled service (30k miles) and not particularly unusual maintenance (fix a USB port that wasn’t working) that neither was covered. So, I recommend their service department but suggest caution if buying a car here.
