I will never take my vehicles back there again.

I will never take my vehicles back there again. In the last couple years it has gone downhill. I have been going to Lloyds for 20 years. I’m done. Every time I take my car or truck in, it comes out with a new problem. They cannot fix anything without screwing something else up. When Lloyd was with us, this would never happen. Do not let them work on your vehicle. You will be going back time and time again until your broke.

Complete unknowledgeable staff

It is such a rip off to go here. I have a family on a budget and this place keeps being dishonest and has no mechanic that has any knowledge of any kind. I keep bringing my car cause they promise to make their wrongs right however that don't... This time last week I brought my car into the shop for an ac issue they did a recharge and sent me on my way. Today I am having the same issue again like always I go back and now they say I have a crimped line and wants 200more dollars from Mr why in the xxxx didn't hey see that problem the first time.. shady shamefully unreliable I'm going to the bbb I'm sick of them stealing my money and not even having enough respect for their customers to not hire people that can't do simple line tests. They are a discrase to this town

Great Folks

Went there today for an oil change. Was in and out in 25 minutes, very friendly staff offering me drinks and chatting with me. I will be coming here for all my car service needs.

Excellent Buying Experience

My wife and I purchased an EXTREMELY clean 2015 Buick Enclave from Matt at Lloyd Belt today. From our initial contact, throughout the entire purchase process, Matt could not have been more courteous and professional. He really went to bat for us to get the best price on our trade-in and our new vehicle. We are very satisfied and will definitely consider Matt and Lloyd Belt for any future vehicles.

My wife and I were looking for a used truck. We found one on Lloyd Belt’s website and gave them a call. Matt Koenig answered the phone and he invited us to come check it out. We did and Matt was there to show us the truck. He answered all of our questions and demonstrated how to use all of the features the truck was equipped with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the details involved with purchasing one. He and the dealership did everything they said they would when our deal was completed! It was a very pleasant experience! Matt and the rest of the staff there are very friendly and professional! I’ve recommended them to my friends.

Quality Customer Service

The dealership has excellent service and they will work with you to make sure you have everything you need. Matt was one of the car salesmen that guided me in the purchase of my vehicle. For a first time buyer and minimal credit history, he really sealed the deal with me on a good note because not only was I able to get approved for a loan, but compared to a few people I know I’m not paying with 10-23% interest on the loan and he made sure this was affordable for me. I really do appreciate the mutual understanding in my concerns and I will most definitely be returning to the dealership in the near future when it’s time to move on to the next vehicle. And being in the military although they don’t offer any incentive, they still treat you good and throw in some free oil changes. I appreciate not having to pay for that for a couple months. I would recommend stopping by and giving this dealership a chance, plus they give you complimentary drinks and snacks for your wait. Nice touch isn’t it? :-)

Awesome service

Matt was awesome! I was in and out when purchasing my new car and I could not have asked for a better buying experience. Matt helped me find the right car for me (which wasn’t easy) I am picky and he was patient and not pushy.
