Great service

I am from out of state on a work assignment, and the dreaded check engine light came on. I panicked a little being that I am many miles away from family, friends, and my trusted mechanic. After, tossing and turning with worry thinking I’ll get ripped off I gave them a call. They took my car the day before TG, and had the problem fixed that same day. My car is running way smoother, and I am so happy I gave them a call. I definitely recommend these guys.

Support HAM on damaged Pilot

I work for Honda Manufacturing of America in East Liberty Ohio. I hit debris on the road and drove to the nearest Honda dealership for inspection and follow-up with Honda of America. Lester Raines Honda dealer supported my issues and was able to get me in and inspect my Pilot. Thank You Lester Raines Honda and keep it up.

Great Service

Recall service was performed very quickly. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. My only suggestion for improvement would be to look into installing an elevator for people with special needs.

Service dept.

Had a 4 pm appt, arrived very early, 3 hours early, and still was taken in, oil changed, tires rotated, car checked o er all, sticker put on and out by 2. Excellent dealership and excellent service dept.
