We recently purchased a used 2019 Honda Civic from Jim

We recently purchased a used 2019 Honda Civic from Jim Falk Motors in Clinton Mo. Less than 2 months after the sale we found out squirrels or some other animal had deposited pecan shells in the motor leaving behind a huge mess where foam insulation and wiring had been chewed on in the car. The damage was hidden, but the dealership refused to help pay for repairs. The damage was there when we purchased the car. Their mechanics should have found this damage and the car should not have been sold to us in this condition. They wouldn’t even discuss helping with repairs. I would never buy another vehicle or do any business with Falk Motors. They are dishonest and not trustworthy.

At the time of sale, our team verified that all systems were functioning properly, and we did our due diligence to ensure the vehicle was in good working order. We have no way to determine when the rodent-related insulation damage occurred, only that everything was operating as it should when the vehicle left our dealership. As mentioned during your conversation with our management, the rodent-related damage was discovered following a collision and falls under the category of physical damage—something your insurance provider typically covers. I am almost speechless, we came, we saw, we bought!

I am almost speechless, we came, we saw, we bought!! In and out in 3 hours, no pressure at all and we’ve bought several cars. Usually it takes HOURS at a dealer, no at Jim Falk in Clinton MO! Jim is the only dealer we will use!!!!!

Jim Falk is a great place.

Jim Falk is a great place. I also use them for my oil changes. I work so they come to my work, pick my vehicle up and return it when the work is complete. What more can you ask for.
