I was told the Chevy truck I was purchasing was 4 wheel drive after I bought it realized it wasn’t they switch me truck. But why waiting to do paperwork I have a friend call and it was 2000 cheaper I bought 2 vehicles in less 3 months was going come back with in 2 months and buy a new Chevy blazer but I think I go somewhere else if y’all treat customer like this

Brian Luna was really good we told him on the phone what we was looking for and when we got there he had us a few cars ready to look at.we feel we was treated like family.the finance manager was awesome also.if you are looking to purchase a car go here.ill be a returning customer

Terrible dealership. Problem with a Lexus nx, bought new in st Albans They won't fix a defective part. Lifelong Toyota owner. Lost me as a customer over a part they could fix for less than $200. Stay away. They're not to be trusted.

Got an alert the second a used car hit their website and cars.com. Immediately asked for pictures so that I can could offer the asking price for the car. Never got the pictures. Followed up two more times and was ignored. Finally after two weeks of trying to buy they car, they finally told me it sold. I would have paid over asking price, but was left in the dark.

My service experience with Moses Ford in St.Albans, WV was excellent! William “Bill” Weaver was exceptionally easy to communicate with and kept me informed on the status of the repairs on my car. I highly recommend this dealership and especially their service department.

Just Stellar, as usual. Went up for just an oil change & yearly checkup, but they had finally! received the parts (from BMW) needed for a recall repair and they did that too. Also checked & tires REALLY needed to be replaced (embarrassed that I hadn't checked them recently myself !!). They had the right Bridgestone run-flat tires & did that, too, & expedited it since we were waiting. Staff & mechanics are always friendly and informative. And fun. Ride (and Look after SUPER free wash) is like new again! Can't wait for our upcoming road trip!
