We have purchased 3 BMW X series from Moses. The first purchase was superb service, the second good, the third abominable. The third went in for the first year service with less than 4000 miles on the odometer. They kept the car for a few days less than a month after telling us it would take a few days. We had 3 specific requests: 1) the suspension height button didn't function. 2) the rear two door tail gate failed to function properly. 3) the tilt telescopic steering had a grinding noise. The grinding noise required a replacement part in the steering column and was repaired. The rear tail gate was not repaired and still does not function. The suspension button we were told was installed by mistake & our X5 lacked that feature. The solution recommendation is to remove the switch and replace it with a blank panel. We are not happy and thus have no reason to return there anytime soon! Our next purchase won't be at Moses.

The parts for this service were to be ordered on Aug 03...
The parts for this service were to be ordered on Aug 03 and dealership was to contact me when parts were received. After not hearing from the dealership, I called them on Sept 24. I thought that covid may have been responsible for parts being unavailable but decided to inquire. My call was transferred four(4) times to different people before finally being told the parts had not been ordered. My personal training in customer service taught me that multiple transfers of a customer for problem resolution is unsatisfactory. I can agree with that. After parts were ordered and received, service was good. However, trunk was left unlocked (don't know why it was even opened??) and I had to pull off on the interstate to close it.
