oil change

the service staff were excellent. I thought that I was going to trade vehicles but I couldn't come to an agreement

Excellent service

I was treated very well, service was prompt and on time, I was informed of the progress of the required service on a regular basis, and the front people were very courteous and kind, I was very satisfied with my overall experience. I also recently had another vehicle serviced at an adjacent luxury dealership, and I have less than good satisfaction, they need to send one of their guys to your place to learn how it is done.

Great Service

I have a 2014 Escape.. I have always received excellent service for whatever I bring my car up there for... I would not go anywhere else.. Thank you the nice waiting area..

great ford guy

It is my wifes taurus sho was in for a noise in front end. Found out it was stabilizers for front sway bar. They were changed in July of 2014. So they were changed again free of charge

Great service

Engine light came on , took it to Moses. They checked it and said it needed a sensor and they would have to order it. On my way! siting for part. I always get excellent service. Sarah is very good with communcating with me and is very goodatcustomer service.

Excellent

Everything was great. I don't have any complaints, just compliments. Salesman was knowledgeable and very courteous. The rest of the staff also made us very comfortable. We purchased the Edge on a dreary, rainy day. Salesman brought the cars inside we were interested in so we wouldn't get wet. Excellent.
