Only went for a Sunday ride with my daughters just to look at cars for one of them I ended up getting a 2016 Kia the salesman was very nice and everything went very smooth I picked it up on Monday.

I filled out the pre approval form online and within ten minutes I had already received a call from Max to set up an appointment to go and see the Kia Sorento that I was interested in. I went over that evening and worked with Geoff who took us for a test drive and then helped us get set up with a lender. Geoff and Michael seemed to go to great lengths to ensure that we were approved and getting the best deal possible. Geoff and Michael were both extremely friendly and professional! I highly recommend working with them if you get the opportunity. They were able to get us approved that evening and we left with the Sorento that night. They even stayed two hours after closing to finish up the process for us. The next day the alternator ended up going out on it and even though we did not have a warranty they said they would absolutely fix it for us with no charge. Geoff actually rode over immediately and brought us another vehicle to drive while ours was getting fixed. They were very apologetic and surprised that this happened. My husband and I were not upset with them at all as it seemed like a freak thing and we understand that these things just happen sometimes. I couldn't have had a better experience and I am so grateful that we made the trip over. The car was well worth it but the excellent customer service really made the experience over the top! Once again I can't recommend Geoff and Michael enough!!!

Drove over 5 hours to get there and was well worth it. Very honest and friendly staff. Scott our salesman made the whole buying experience very enjoyable as it should be. Even did a follow up call the next day to see if we had any questions. Great experience.

Had a great experience buying a used F-150 through Christian Letelier at Steven Kia. Christian was friendly, knowledgeable about the truck, and provided great customer service throughout the buying process. The price was fair, especially given high demand for affordable trucks in the area. Ahmad Salehi guided me through the paperwork, was happy to answer questions I had on the legal terms, and helped close the purchase quickly and efficiently.
