Working on relocating to the Valley and when I came to visit I stopped by Steven Kia to check out the new Kia's as once I arrive I'll need to purchase a car. Ricardo was amazing! He showed me all the models and explained the in and out of them all. I am excited to be moving to the valley and look forward to visiting with Ricardo at Steven Kia in the coming months to purchase my new Kia!

Have talked with Ricardo several times about purchasing a car and every time he is very helpful. I have not been able to purchase to date however when I am able I will certainly call on Rico and will send others to him as well

Visiting family from out of town and we had car problems - stopped by Steven Kia and Ricardo was great! He was very knowledgeable of the product and was eager to help. We came to Harrisonburg today after a very exasperating experience, driving over two hours to Culpeper to look at a car, then receiving a text that the car had been sold just 20 minutes before we arrived at the dealership. Ahmad met us at Steven Kia with friendly smile and a cordial handshake. His good sense of humor lifted us out of our gloom, and put us back on track of finding the vehicle we were looking for. He was very patient with us and although he was persistent, he was in no way pushy to make a sale. I forget how many vehicles we looked at. It was quite a few. He even drove us to the sister dealership to show us some cars over there. He seemed sufficiently knowledgeable to answer all of our questions. He was finally able to match our needs and price-range with a vehicle on the lot and he accompanied us during the test drive, answering our questions as we drove. He negotiated with us on a great deal, making concessions for our concerns and adjusting the price to our liking. Unlike most car dealers who you just want to avoid, he actually made us feel good about our purchase and has committed to serving us on making some cosmetic repairs to our vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

So I walk into the dealership totally not thinking of purchasing a new vehicle. Why would I??? My current car is going to be paid of in less than 6 months!!! I actually went in for the sole purpose of assisting my friend with the purchase of HER new vehicle. While my friend was shopping for her new vehicle...I started getting new car fever myself. I did not make any commitments that day, but did return the following day to express my interest in a vehicle I had found on the lot. Over the course of the next THREE days, Ricardo worked extra hard to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted and the payments that I deserved. All while making me feel like I was the only customer he had!!! SO NOT TRUE by the way. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and fun and it was a super enjoyable experience. Overall, I would have to say my experience was far beyond any rating I can give, and would, have and will recommend the dealership to anyone interested (and possibly some that aren't) in purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you guys so much for a job well done!! I love my Little Red Kia Sportage. You guys Rock, and now I'm Rollin'!!! :-)
