Chris worked to help make this a very smooth transaction. My wife and I drove 320 miles to check this vehicle out. It was worth that long drive. The Subaru Tribeca we we were interested in buying was clean and road ready when we arrived to see it. I have to give Chris and the dealership 5 stars on this purchace.

Today when my wife returned home from Bob Wade for a
Today when my wife returned home from Bob Wade for a scheduled oil change and fluid top off on her crosstrek her first words were "we are not ever buying a subaru from Bob wade again " I wasn't even suprised at this point. First issue was when new crosstrek needed filter replaced which I assume requires opening/removal of glove box because we found upon returning from shop a cd was broken inside of glove box. No emails were answered about how this happened or apology. Today after oil change and fluid top off, a few miles from shop the low washer fluid light came on, she reminded service people twice to check fluids knowing washer fluid level was low. She returned to shop and it was realized it was about a gallon low, never was even checked much less topped off. Bought a "certified used" impreza a few weeks ago and made it from lot to home (nearly an hour drive each way) only to find out only one key actually worked and my wife's key was a replacement key that wouldn't start vehicle. Had to return to shop to be told it was a replacement key and they would contact previous owner about key. After a week or so passed I contacted Bob Wade, told key would have to be ordered. Another week and told to return to shop to have new key programmed. Return to Bob Wade to be told wrong key was ordered also in between trips to shop found rear view mirror was nearly falling off of my "certified" vehicle so shop tightened screw. Bob Wade contacted me said key was in again and to return to shop again but did offer free gas fill up only to find a low tire on the same "certified" vehicle. So this will require at least another trip so I have actually put more miles on vehicle to and from shop than actual driving, limited warranty miles at that. The sales person misplaced copies of driver's license during purchase, not sure where it went. Luckily I have researched the vehicles I bought before hand because in both cases sales misquoted information about engine size or equipment options as examples. Not a big deal but sales should know the products they are selling. I was warned before hand by a couple of co-workers that had also purchased vehicles from Bob Wade and that they would recommend shopping around and that they had stopped buying here. Everyone has different opinions of quality and mistakes happen so we took a chance but enough is enough.

I received 1 voicemail last week for me to call the lot, not several. After I get time to get to the lot for my key I wont be returning so they is nothing to resolve at this point.

Shortly after taking possession of a pre-owned vehicle purchased at Bob Wade Autoworld, several issues related to the vehicle and the transaction surfaced. Once my concerns were brought to the attention of Mr. Chris Hite, the Senior Sales Consultant who handled the sale, these issues were immediately, and satisfactorily, resolved. Chris Hite went above and beyond expectations in a manner reflecting true professionalism. Anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle will be well served by requesting an appointment with Chris Hite at the Bob Wade dealerships.

Steve, Dale and the Service team, especially Jeff, were so helpful when I had a tire blow-out while traveling through Virginia. They not only made after-hours calls and arrangements for tire replacement, but also directed us to hotel accommodations and dinner within a mile of the dealership. I have been very satisfied with my 2014 Subaru and the kindness and care I received from this dealership will remain a vital part of my Subaru story in the future.

We just purchased a Subaru Forester and absolutely love it! Maddy was our salesperson and took such good care of us throughout the process. She was so knowledgeable and personable, and really listened to what we were looking for. She wasn’t pushy at all which we appreciated!
