Huge shoutout to Joe Bowman Auto Plaza, the mechanics and my service advisor Trent Whetzel who went the extra mile for me when my car broke down in Virginia. I was treated as if I was a long time customer when I was just a crazy Yankee with a Chevy in limp mode. They were straightforward with me and completely exceeded expectations. I’m thankful for everyone I’ve had contact with there as my experience was amazing. Thank you all for letting us get home safely!

Had a horrible experience with this dealership.

Had a horrible experience with this dealership. I was asking for a 300 dollar price job on Saturday and the sales manager wouldn’t do it! Just to see the same truck lowered the price almost 1000 bucks the next day. Was really wanting the truck but I found a better truck that’s cheaper! There loss not mine

They were very prompt in responding to my inquiry through Kelley Blue Book to sell them my car. Tiffany responded by phone and text in a timely manner, and set up an appointment the same morning. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by name and promptly served by Mr. Wright. He was complimentary of our vehicle and after driving and examining it offered a very fair price—way more than another dealership was allowing as a trade-in. A very pleasant experience.

Out of Town Buyers Beware!

Out of Town Buyers Beware! I have been looking for a specific truck for a few months. The perfect truck I have been looking for popped up here. I messaged from a car website, got in touch with a sales person, got all the information I needed to purchase the car sight unseen. Sent the salesperson my credit card and license last night. Woke up this morning and the sales manager, Tony, has an appointment to show the car that he insists on honoring. I asked point blank if he would accept cash for the car on the phone and sell me the car and he said no. Don't waste your time here.

I emailed the dealer on the 4th of July got a response on

I emailed the dealer on the 4th of July got a response on the 5th from a salesman named bill . Told them about my trade and the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I live 2 hrs away so he said he would email me a trade form so they could get an idea of the value of my trade . He sent the form like 3 times but never had a trade in form with it . So this guy Tony had sent the same form but his finally did include the section for the trade in value. This all finally took place on Monday the 8th before noon . So I waited most of the day for them to get back and finally I tried contacting them by 5pm with no luck I left a message and an email still no response. I called first thing Tuesday morning the 9th and spoke to Bill . He informed me he had the info and apologized that they didn’t get back to me and the guy in question was in a meeting , so he would get right back when he gets out . Then Bill called me back in a few minutes to inform me they SOLD the truck yesterday afternoon around 3pm to some one else . Dealership has good prices but not very good at customer service.
