Since opening in 1996 Wade Schick's Chrysler of Culpeper has had one simple goalto treat our customers the way we would want to be treated. It has grown from only thirteen employees to nearly triple that number. Over the years Chrysler of Culpeper has increased its inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles to afford each customer with a great selection. In the service department additions have been made to the number of Chrysler and ASE Certified technicians as well as new technologies to service our customers' maintenance and repair needs through the life of their vehicles. Horrible place.

Horrible place. Stay away!! My son had been in negotiations to buy a vehicle from this location. He offered to put down a deposit while he got his financing wrapped up. They declined to take a deposit to hold the vehicle. He got his financing wrapped up through this dealership and was told ok financing is approved at 11:15am. Keep in mind the negotiations on the new car and my sons trade in were completed last Friday. Then out of the blue my son gets a call 2 hours later and is told that the car is now sold. Per the sales manager Jim, I was able to find out that my son was approved to purchase the vehicle at 11:15am but the vehicle was sold to someone else at 1:20pm 2 hours later. How does this happen?? Was also told by Jim that someone else walked into the dealership and wanted the car so therefore someone had to be the winner and someone the looser and my son happed to be the loser. So after a negotiated deal and approval for financing, they sold the car out from under my son. Absolutely no customer loyalty. Worst dealership experience I’ve ever been involved with in 50 + years

Negotiated for 3 days, struck a deal, flew from Cleveland

Negotiated for 3 days, struck a deal, flew from Cleveland Ohio and the hardest part of this transaction was turbulence over N. Carolina!! This was so easy and effortless, I was amazed at how smoothly this was handled. Hands down best car buying experience ever. Everyone was welcoming, polite and even had an awesome conversation with a local customer which was fun!! Loved this dealership! Oh, they even checked that I made it home safely!!! NICE!!!

Hands Down! The Best!!

I took my new van in for its first oil change. I did not purchase my car from this dealership, but I should have. The service department tech, Tom L. was very professional! He listened to my bad experience from ANOTHER LOCAL CHRYSLER dealership. I will continue to bring my business here in the future. If anyone out there is reading this, go to this dealership. You will not be led astray!

Well I have been purchasing cars/trucks since I started

Well I have been purchasing cars/trucks since I started driving in 76 , & on a few deals things went well , but Chrysler of Culpeper has gone above & beyond to get us the best deal possible & much of the credit goes to Alex Quinonez. So professional & couteous . He even did some of the research for us to help compare models & help us make a more informed decision . I have found my dealership for life .

Seasoned veteran of car purchases

After years of frustration over new car purchases I have finally found a dealer I'll keep coming back to & sending all my friends & family as well . Not only do they care , they work hard at being sure your happy , the follow up is great & it seems to resinate thru the entire building . It's a true pleasure when you walk in and someone remembers your name , your not just deal number 10 on the day . Special thanks to Alex Quinonez sales experence & support . Also Jeff Johnson for his continued support & Anthony Greene for making the hard part a breeze . Hope I didn't leave anyone out , can't wait for our 2nd Jeep Cherokee to arrive .

If I could give 0 stars I would. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Especially Alex who is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and a liar. We came to the location (after driving an hour and a half) to purchase a brand new 2022 3500 Dually. We arranged everything the day before with the Alex. The truck is “prepped and ready” and in excellent condition, no scratches, ready for pick up. We took off a day of work and came to pick up the vehicle. We completed all of the financing paperwork ahead of time so we simply had to sign and take possession of the vehicle. Upon arrival, we noticed there were several large scratches and dings down both sides of the “new” truck. We pointed them out to Alex and he took it back into service to “fix”. He brought the truck back out and the scratches appear to be removed but were simply just covered up with wax. Alex proceeds to say that they already took the vehicle to the body shop once before and fixed some other issues. They aren’t going to do anymore to fix the truck. He never disclosed that there were any prior issues. We stated that is unacceptable and when purchasing a brand new 2022 truck costing about $90k it should be remediated. Alex proceeds to tell us that we are not buying a Ferrari and we shouldn’t expect that the vehicle is in excellent condition. Immediately we asked to speak with the Sales Manager based on how he belittled us and isn’t solving for anything. The sales manager came outside with his arms crossed and repeated the same information that nothing could be done. Either take the vehicle or leave it. I asked to speak with the General Manager. I was advised to call the main dealer line and ask for him. He shockingly did answer when I called. He was patient and listened to what we experienced but again stated there was nothing they could do other than give feedback to Alex to not belittle customers and disclose it to the next customer. I would stay clear of buying any “new” vehicles from this dealership unless you want to be disrespected by the staff and receive less than perfect vehicles. We understand things happen in transit and while sitting on the lot but to not be able to address it in either an appointment at the body shop or a credit towards the sales price is insane.

This is my second car purchase from this dealership and

This is my second car purchase from this dealership and every time I visit it’s a positive experience. I do my research and I like to haggle. Even thought I might be talking to 4 other dealerships about the same vehicle and same options they always have the best price and always beat or match my top trade in price from other dealers. I worked with Emily over a year to get what I wanted ( nobody has inventory these days ) and was not disappointed. I got a call every month or two on what was coming till they got what I wanted. Give them a shot!!!
