    The dealership atmosphere was very clean and calm. Mr. Delgado, Mr. Carpenter and Mr. Calaway listened and explained our options in clear terms. And this... wasn't the first time. Before visiting the dealership, we experienced the same level of professionalism in an impromptu phone call.     Had an appointment to meet with Thurston and test drive a truck, the process was simple and they did a fair price on my trade. In and out with my new truck... in about 4 and a half hours.

    We used Dodge’s price and build web site to build the cars with the options we wanted to see, on a ’19 Challenger and a ’19 Charger. We wanted to look... at both models with similar options and styles (Scat Packs). Chrysler of Culpepper had both models in stock with good pricing shown online. Called and spoke to Todd, who was very friendly and helpful. Since we live in Northern VA, which is over an hour drive to their Dealership, we wanted to make sure they had both vehicles in stock before we left. Upon arriving both were pulled up, out front. We drove both and decided to run some numbers – which in every Dealership we have worked with have been very painful process. But to our surprise Todd and the management team were very quick running numbers and giving us the various options on down payment amounts, interest rates and time frames for various loans amounts. They even gave us a fair price for our trade in. Once we decided on which car (Challenger Scat Pack wide body plus). We then met with Josh in Finance - again based upon experience - not looking forward to this, but again were very pleasantly and surprised no pushy hard sell - very up front 15-minute process. Overall the BEST by far experience buying a car that I can remember. I can say this is, by fair, well worth the drive from Northern VA, to deal with Chrysler of Culpepper. They were outstanding to deal with and would highly recommend going to Culpepper, very customer friendly. Thank you, Todd, Josh and the Management team, you Guys did a great job.

    They have a sign in front. We buy cars hassle free. Well I believe it is a scam to get you to stop in. I took my Subaru Lagecy in to sell. They test drove... it. Ran the car fax report. Offered me a trade in value for the car towards another one. But I was not looking to buy another vehicle. They would not buy the Subaru but if I wanted to trade it in they would give me $5,500 towards a new one. Sounds crooked to me. Wondering has anybody sold them a car with out buying one?

    Huge inventory, competitive prices, helpful staff and easy process. You won't go wrong here and it's worth the drive if you are from out of the area.... We worked with Thurston and he took great care of us. Alex is another salesman there who is ready willing and able to make sure you get what you need as well.

    Seen a used Jeep on the internet, called and talked to Thurston. We worked out the total price, they gave me a trade number for our vehicle, we made the... deal, sent the money, drove 4 1/2 hours, was there a little over an hour picked up the vehicle and traveled home. Excellent to deal with would recommend to everyone!

    Do not deal with these guys when trying to buy a used car. They will sell a car out from under you. I worked out a deal for a car with Jeff Johnson and... Jim Delgado, but they didn’t follow up, pretended they weren’t available when I called, and didn’t return voicemail messages I left for them over two days. They must have decided not to honor my price and they sold the car out from under me to someone else. These guys give used car salesmen a bad name, and that’s really saying something. You’re better off going elsewhere because these guys cannot be trusted. I have bought many cars, used and new, over the past several years and this is the most dishonest dealership I’ve ever dealt with.

    Made a cash out the door offer for used car the salesman that was helping me said the price was 8000.00 I told him out the door at that price then this... mgr said 699 more for filing papers no taxes just a way to squeeze more money out of you I offered cash in your hand out the door there is no reason to pay 699 to fill out a sales paper doesn’t look like they are worried about selling cars here not salesman fault but managers
