Buyer Beware!
The actual service was fine, although I thought they used to vacuum and wash the car. Guess they don't do that anymore. My main issue is with the finance person (when we first purchased the vehicle). He led us to believe, and we're a little at fault for not clarifying, that ALL services were covered by purchasing the Premium Maintenance Plan. We've come to find out that it really ONLY covers oil changes and filters. NOT, as was implied, ALL services. So the major services are NOT covered. If you work out the cost by dividing the total by the number of oil changes you get - it works out VERY (and I mean VERY) expensive. Don't buy it! So, buyer beware at Ron DuPratt Ford (and any Ford dealer, I suppose!) Because of this, we will NEVER buy a Premium Maintenance Plan again, we will take our vehicle (Focus) to Fairfield Ford for future services, and will be VERY UNLIKELY to ever visit Ron DuPratt Ford again.

Great Services
Purchased a F150xl, love it. Brandon was great, my Brother and Sister-in-law purchased their 2013 F150 from him a few months ago. Brandon found exactly what I needed. I averaged 23/24 miles to the gallon on the way back to Las Vegas, Nv. Very comfortable drive.

Great service
I would have liked the service rep to call me with an update without having to call myself. The rest of the service experience was great. Marsha and Brian in the body shop coordinated and handled the communication and work completed. They both have done some work before on my truck and the customer service from them keep my coming back to this dealership

Great low key and efficient purchase
I purchased an F150 working with Missy solely via email and text message. The process was quick and easy, including the process of configuring the truck exactly the way I wanted. All steps proceeding efficiently and without hassle. Greatly appreciated the finance officer asking me once if I wanted an extended warranty and accepting my answer of no. I got a price that was $1,000 less then prices quoted by other dealer. Overall, an outstanding, low key, experience.

30000 mile Service
service dept. staff were helpful and efficient, the service dept space is cramped. The cost for the 30K service on my 2013 Escape was an ugly surprise but the discount coupon from your dealership was very timely and welcome. Well done.

Not bad,...not bad at all!
My Wife and I purchased 2016 Explorer that we both love. Shannon and Scott were great. Even had a pleasant experience with Bob from finance. There was a minor miscommunication during negotiations but Scott gave us his word and made it right. Shannon even picked up some papers I had forgotten on her own time to save me a trip back. Love my Explorer Sport but will consider trading it in when Ford brings back the BRONCO!!
