Our experience was ok. We ordered our 2024 Super Duty F450 Limited in February 2024. Would we buy from them again?.... maybe. The ordering process was easy. The paperwork was ready for us to sign upon arrival making it an efficient purchase. However, we felt the dealer was being a bit petty. The experience after we completed the purchase was not what we had expected. We would advise that anyone who places their order, make sure you check all the specs before driving off the lot. We had a chip paint off the bumper, and we were given a paint pen to touch up. We also drove off without our rear mud flaps that was supposed to come with the truck and contacted the dealer a couple days later, took pictures and sent off to them and they came back indicating that the truck does not come with the rear mud flaps. I sent the link to where we had built the truck for the order to confirm but that was left un-acknowledged. The response was that the manufacture rear mud flaps were small anyway and that we should just buy our own. These mud flaps were not that expensive so we felt that after spending well over $100k with this dealer, they could have acknowledged that the rear mud flaps were missed, and they could have taken care of that instead of suggesting we buy that separately when the built should have included it. This is why we felt they were being petty.

I recently had one of the most terrible car shopping experiences at this Ford Dealer Location. After doing an online research for a specific Ford F150, I thought I had finally found the right truck for me at Ron DuPratt Ford so I decided to call them and schedule a time to see the truck for the following day. After driving for nearly 4 hours to this location with the hopes of buying the truck, i was also invited to take the truck for a test drive. Things turned very sour very quickly after test driving the vehicle. As soon as I informed the sales person that I was interested in the truck the sales person told me " we can no longer sell you this truck because another buyer who is also interested is here to pick it up". At this moment my heart dropped! I could not! believe what i was going through. These people have no integrity, and seem to just be interested in wanting to make a quick sale. I would NOT recommend anyone to come here. Take your money and business to someone else that will at least treat you with respect, honesty, and integrity. *** On a more positive note.. I was able to call another dealership in the area and was able to buy the same exact truck that I was looking for***.
