Gouged me during the pandemic and never put my 2500

Gouged me during the pandemic and never put my 2500 dollars down payment toward price. Added B's things to the price and lied about the car I'll.never recommend them I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income hope the sales man rots in xxxx wish I was a sales man when your dad needed a car I'd xxxx him over like you did me you worthless xxx

7/18/24 My review is to warn others who are looking for a reliable used car dealership in Lawrenceburg, In, please avoid at all cost , Jeff Wyler located at 875 West Eads Pkway and their incompetent, unqualified, salesman, Bailey, who made arrangements with me today by phone to meet my granddaughter at dealership at 3pm to show her several vehicles we discussed. Bailey never showed up. I was dealing with him by phone for several days prior to view and finalize several possible vehicles. From the beginning, Bailey gave me the run around, saying he’d get back to me but didn’t follow through so I contacted him again to be told many excuses. Bailey is a typical untrustworthy unqualified unreliable “used car salesman” to be avoided. He is why car salesman get such a bad rap.BEWARE Definitely stay away from this Jeff Wyler dealership.dealership. Jerry DePew

Of my 40 yrs of buy a car it is the worst dealership I

Of my 40 yrs of buy a car it is the worst dealership I ve ever had done business. I know you have to make some money but the didn't put my down payment toward my car price over paid. Probley 4 to 5000 more than I should took advantage of some one in need of a car and lied when they told me is was a Nismo. Sold me a base model told me it was a Nismo mever ever will I recommend them and I was going to put the sales man s name rown but i didn't because. Im embarrassed to have trusted him he should be fired. Never buy online either I hope his family knows what he did tor im 62 yr s old. And living on a fixed income now instead of retiring I'll have to work till this car is paid off you know who you are and I hope Karma bites your asd when you down on your luck and you now paying for a car you ripped me off ok I know you don't go to church. You should and read the Bible you do.ntbtake advantage of people for your gain. It's vall stealing. Anyone buys from them would be crazy just go down the road and throw you money out the window at least you know some one walk would need it. And to the sales man you made me not ever trust anyone so nice to me on the phone while you were stealing out of my pocket at the same time. You should be fired and all of you that benefited off my loss God forgave the thief but I won't stay away turn run the other way thieves all of them

First of all I had to contact Chrysler due to the

First of all I had to contact Chrysler due to the dealership not willing to help with anything on my vehicle. My brand new van had been at this dealership for over 6 weeks to fix issues that had been going on since I first got my van. I was informed they had driven my van multiple times to try to replicate the issues yet when when I picked up my vehicle it had only been driven 8miles in those entire 6 weeks. Jason was who I was in contact at the dealership and he was helpful until when I had to come pick up my van he was very disrespectful. He was upset he wasn’t getting paid yet I paid over $40,000 for a brand new vehicle that was in the shop already at low mileage. I am very disappointed in this dealership and the professionalism not. shown

Charges 10% above MSRP and misleading!!!!

Buyers beware!! This dealership has current inventory. I gave them my information and asked them to give me the best deal they could. They came back with monthly payment numbers that did not match the window sticker. Per Jeep.com website they show a lease amount of $470.00 with 4K down. Per Robert Green the Jeep.com website is wrong and we should not look at that information. He came back with month amounts of 900.00 a month. The math did not add up. I kept asking the sales rep and he admitted they are selling 10% over MSRP which is NOT on their website nor did they tell me before wasting my time and effort!! This is a bad dealership and they are trying to find a sucker to pay above MSRP. They do not show you a breakout of their numbers just amounts. SHAME on you and for a manger to not be honest is bad!!!!

Asked if the price advertised was cash price or is there...

Asked if the price advertised was cash price or is there additional charges. Never got a response. Had an issue with another Wyler dealership recently when they would not sell at price listed on cars.com or their own site. Will not buy a vehicle from any of their dealerships. False advertising and unethical business practices.

Terrible dealership. Insisted I buy a $2000.00 dealer add...

Terrible dealership. Insisted I buy a $2000.00 dealer add on package package on a 2020 Durango. If it is mandatory then advertise at that price. Got a much better deal by going to Kings Dodge. Got a brand new Durango with a higher sticker for much less than their 2020! Good sales rep unscrupulous dealer.

We had the worst experience purchasing a used car here....

We had the worst experience purchasing a used car here. We saw a car online and called to get appointment. When test driving, we noticed the car was very dirty inside, sales guy, Brandon Elder, said he apologized and would run it through the cleaning department again. When driving, we noticed a significant vibration. Brandon said service department would take care of that. Brandon worked with us to negotiate price, process took 3-4 hours. Then when were with underwriter we noticed a $2,000+ increase to sale price. We asked about it and he said it was for brake light blinker and paint coating. Both of these are scams they try to add on after negotiated price and label as "accessories." We had signed before noticing this - our fault BUYER BEWARE!! Our sales person, Brandon, picked up the car this morning (3/24/2021) to repair front end issues. Service manager Alex Berger, said no issues found. We called and explained multiple people had driven the car and everyone heard the noise. Brandon could not explain why they won't fix it now after promising they would, so sales manager got on phone with my wife and said; "If you wanted a car with no issues, you should have bought new one!! We are not doing anything else for your car!! AVOID JEFF WYLER LAWRENCEBURG - YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!
