We would like to thanks our salesman Randy Byrd for helping us find the Ram truck with the options and price we were looking for. He went the extra mile and was very responsive even after hours. Our only complaint is the truck wasn’t detailed upon delivery. I guess that’s a sign of the times because other dealers don’t do it anymore either.

Excellent customer service from my sales rep Randy Byrd. He went above and beyond to try and find the perfect car for me. He timely answered all my many questions and concerns, and was very accommodating with a 24 hour test drive. Unfortunately I went another direction, so I can't rate the full buying experience.

Whatever you do, stay far, far away! Not only are the prices way overpriced the customer service is the worst in car sales. They will try to sell you a vehicle that has issues and then not want to help you when it needs to be fixed. I only had my car for a week, and they wanted nothing to do with me or help me fix the issue.
