I scheduled an oil change for a Monday morning at 8 and forgot to head down there until 8:30. They had no problem working me in and getting me out by 10. The oil pkgs are a super deal. Nice, friendly staff in the back. A big turnaround from a few yrs ago. I would highly recommend their sales dept and service staff. They have taken feedback and improved to meet the needs of their customers. Way to go!

Taken advantage of (almost)
Brian Steenhoek worked with me on buying a jeep for the listed price 29,470. The rate they tried to stock me in with near perfect credit was 4.99% with no pre pay for 6 months. $2500 was hidden somewhere because the price was $49 a month more than it should be at that rate. They refused to sell if i didn't use their financing. I offered to pay a little more to use my own financing at 2.5% Brian accepted the offer. Long story short, the check was being mailed and i had already booked a flight. Then he tells me the car was sold already. The jeep was reposted on their website for $3k more than the original price. These guys are just out to take advantage of people.

Took me in 30mins early for my appointment, quoted estimate for service and it was spot on with final bill - Service department continues to shine with each and every visit. Kudos to Eric and the guys in the department!

Jeep Liberty
I bought my Jeep Liberty in South Carolina while working Charlotte, traveling from there to Indiana. Any time I had service done here in Lawrenceburg, IN I have always had great service at Jeff Wyler CJD. I scheduled work to be done for a recall, could not make the appointment due to bad weather and they helped me reschedule the work for the following week which fit into my schedule. Great group of service people at this garage.

Lease Trade In and New Purchase
Leased a 2017 Dodge Charger Dayton and found out shortly thereafter that my employer regionalized my territory and driving instead of flying to my clients was the new mode of traveling. While I loved the vehicle it was not practical from a lease and climate perspective. I explained this to the Brian and he worked with his sales management team to find me the right vehicle at the right price. In addition, there were a couple of small scratches on the front bumper that went unnoticed during the sales cycle and Brian had the front bumper repainted at no cost. Great to work with and very accommodating. Plus dealership is under new management and thus far my experience has been exceptional.

service work
i had my dodge ram 4x4 in for routine service on 2/22/2018 and chuck (service manager) was the one who wrote up the repair order.i asked chuck if i could have lou heit work on my truck,since he is the tech. that i always have work on my truck and my jeep grand cherokee.lou is a great tech,checks your vehicle out complete,and someone i can trust working on both my vechicle..chuck (service manager) and eric (service writer) both are very helpful and honest with you.whe need more people like that in other dealers. thanks wyler family for have such great employees and tech's in your service dept.

Great Expierence
Brandon was great to work with and held true to his word. He went above and beyond with what was expected; we got everything we wanted and more, (we bought 2 cars)! Brian was also great to work with. We test drove a couple of cars that day and he knew all the bells and whistles on both. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and best of all friendly. Rick had all the paperwork ready for both of us to sign ahead of time, that was nice!
