The worst experience of buying a new car

We bought are vehicle At Jeff Wyler Lawrenceburg IN. in march of 2017 after only two months(05/30/17) we took the vehicle back . The vehicle was pulling to the right so we took it in for service they found the vehicle out of alignment and did a completed alignment after driving the car for 2 weeks we took it back for the same problem (06/16/17) vehicle pulling to the right they found the vehicle to be out of aligment again they did another complete front end alignment got the vehicle back after driving the vehicle for less than a month (07/18/17 found that the vehicle was still pulling to the right so at this point I called their general sales manager and explain to him that this would be the third time bringing the vehicle in for the same problem after only having the vehicle for 5 months he said he would talk with the service manager and make sure it was done right after taking the vehicle in for the third time the service manager told me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that if I thought I had any more problems with the vehicle to take it to another dealer and not to bring it back there at this point I had to call Dodge and they assign me to their case management team and gave me a case # after talking to them for months they finally got the vehicle into another dealer ship and so far it seems like they have fixed the alignment problem it took 9 months to get this problem taken care of the problem of the time was because the General Sales Manager at Jeff Wyler in Lawrenceburg IN. would not return phone calls to myself or Dodge case management which was way I had to bring Dodge into this he stop talking with me and not returning my calls I have also taking the vehicle to outside sources to check the front end alignment and was told it was out of alignment in total this vehicle has been on a fornt end alignment rack 6 times and the vehicle is only 10 months old !

Friendly staff

Very friendly staff. Helped us get our bad credit score. up with the right people.we were able to get a new car within thirty days after talking with them we got our new car.

Service on our two 2009 trucks

Since Eric Johnson started working in service things are great. Eric is very good at his job, Eric always treats customers with respect and gets the job done. He explains the problems, the cost and time required to fix the trucks.

Excellent friendly outgoing

Brian S & Brandon M worked very hard on getting me my blue jeep they knew it had to be blue i went back in forth for 6mon before i actually decided to purchase an they didn’t mind they stayed in touch An was very friendly and patient with me friendly funny outgoing & just all around great customer service everyday I look at my jeep An smile I’ve never felt that way about a vehicle before thanks guys

Great dealership!

Everyone was very professional and courteous. We were looking for a 2018 Wrangler and after shopping around they provided us with the best deal in the tri-state Brian Steenhoek was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable.

Body Touch up & tire leak

Outstanding service again! The body paint touch up guy took care of my problem and was quick and very nice. The same goes for the service department who fixed a leaking tire problem very quickly. Super helpful & friendly!! Shoutout to Brian Steenhoek who made sure everything was taken care of ... always friendly & caring!
